Success? (Zell)

Zell coughed up blood and backed up a few steps. She was paralyzed. She was gasping as she looked down at the blood below her feet. Unh! That hurts! What was that? A tranquilizer? It's a good thing it hit me in the shoulder instead of the heart. Or else that would have killed me. She began to shift her weight and slowly raised her head up.

Zell began to pull the water out of the lake when she looked up just to see a tree coming at her. She jumped out of the way and gasped as she saw his gun fly up to his hand. How did he? Can he control space? Wait I need to calm myself. I can't control the water if I'm not calm. It won't flow if my nerves are acting up. Calm down. Zell closed her eyes and took a deep breath and the water amount increased. She then opened her eyes and attacked faster than she did before. She ran over to him right after attacking and kicked him straight across the face. She blocked off a few of his attacks with water. She then used the water to cut him a few times. I need my sword. I want to take off right now but I need to retrieve my sword back first and knock him senseless so I can escape. Ugh! Why can't I fight him! I want to end his life right now but at the same time I want to see him live. Most of all I don't know why but I want to see him smile. Not the smirks he's made but an actual happy smile. Then again I could never see a smile on that emo wolf's face. Well he's wasting a pretty face like that making himself look so serious. He's losing to his own self if you ask me.

Zell ran around him and came at him from behind a few times. Finally an opening! "Hah!" Zell jumped on his head and jumped toward her sword. She turned around with the sword out of her sheath and held it out at him. "Now then, it gets serious!"

[Takeshi]

Takeshi flinched a bit as he saw Zell cough up blood as well as gasping for air. He didn't like it, it actually, almost, made him start to feel bad. He shook his head. No! She's just like the other demons, and like all demons, they need to be killed! I'm too far in to start feeling sorry for her or the demon race. If I go soft I'll be killed by the other demons immediately for revenge and I can't leave Kisa! He had hit her in the shoulder, which he did purposely. He has very good aim, he just didn't want to kill her, he couldn't bring himself to finish the job. He watched silently as she shifted her weight.

Zell moved water, but had jumped to dodge the tree he had moved. she then closed her eyes and Takeshi took that for advantage, not paying attention to the amount of water she was gaining. He moved swiftly again, but to his surprise, her eyes popped open and she brought her foot around and he barely dodged it, but did get cut by her water, which he hadn't noticed. He didn't make a sound, but he indeed was getting angry. Just kill her already! Takeshi backed up and pointed DDS back at her, but began shaking as his finger was pulling on the trigger. Now he was getting infuriated with himself. He loosened his grip on DDS and lowered his hand as well as his head.I'm going soft, aren't I? I can't, If I do, I'll lose everything.. Is she right? I know I was never "whole" to begin with, but am I splitting again? Is it possible to split again, or will I just finally crack and die for real? Can I consider even thinking that? What would Kisa think? Can I even think this way since it only leads to Kisa being alone?

To his surprise, as he continued to think like that, his eyes began to swell with tears. He was looking down, so didn't notice until one fell out. Takeshi quickly lifted his arm and wiped them away, shaking off everything. He then got mad at himself for crying in front of a demon and in a swift movement he threw DDS, listening as it banged on the tree, making some bark fly off. He didn't even see Zell around until he heard her say "hah". Turning to her, his eyes widened slightly as he saw she had her sword and was pulling it out. "Maybe they will.." He said, a bit more irritated than he had been now, this time not at Zell, but at himself. He stood there and waited for Zell to make her move.

Zell started coming at him with her sword but stopped dead in her tracks. The sound of the gun hitting the tree made her jump a bit. She looked at the tree and it had a large bruise on it now from the bark falling off. Is he okay? Why would he throw away his gun like that? She started to feel a sudden change in his aura and looked over at him. What! Is he... ... crying? She started to feel bad for him. I never meant to make him cry. Now I'm the monster. She seemed to be thrown a little off. She looked down at her feet and felt her eyes starting to burn. NO! Why am I crying!? I don't care for him.. do I? Well I better make my move now before it's too late. Now is my chance I'll knock him out and then I'll take off. No more will I fight his tortured soul. I just can't do it anymore!

She looked up with tears in her eyes and took off at him. "I'll finish this for you. You no longer will have to fight me!" His eyes seemed blacked out. She couldn't see them. She couldn't tell if he was feeling the same way. A part of her wanted to finish this all but there was another part of her that wanted him to block her attack. She was running at him faster than she had before. I can do this I can... ... NO WAIT STOP I DON'T WANT TO. I DON'T WANT TO HURT HIM! My feet won't stop. Stop! STOP!

She was still running and began to form water around her sword. She was trying to get words out her throat but it wouldn't come out. The bulge in her throat wouldn't move. She could hardly breathe. Finally she opened it up. "Run... ... RUN! GET AWAY NOW!" She was trying to stop but if she were to stop she would fall straight over on her face and she had no intentions of embarrassing herself. She was slowing down and was about to stop when suddenly a violent shock of energy knocked her right off her feet. She looked up at Takeshi. "Hey, emo wolf, are... are you alright?" Somethings not right here I don't know what's about to happen but I can sense it.

[Takeshi]

Takeshi could hear Zell coming after him, but he just stood there, silently fighting for control. He had accidentally let Zell get under his skin, and this was the price. He wasn't going t let it happen without a fight though. Really, he wasn't the one who actually threw the gun, it was his demon side. The real him would never do that to something that used to belong to his mother. He noticed Zell stop and also have a change in emotion. If she's feeling bad, it's a little la- "Aah1" He cried out a bit as his a shock of pain flew through him. His hand flew to his hand and clutched his shirt. Transforming always did hurt and the pain was worse than probably even getting shot by DDS. Or getting shot period, really. It was hard to describe the pain he felt going through this, but just know it hurts. His breathing turned to pants and it only represented a bit of the pain he was feeling.

"I'll finish this for you. You no longer will have to fight me!"[/u]

Takeshi barely been heard Zell say that. He did sense her coming after him though, but didn't do anything. "Gyuh. nh!"((sounds weirdXD)) He didn't even try to reply back, instead his eyes clutched tightly shut and he fell down on one knee, panting a bit harder. No! Idiot! Try and sense something for once!! You have to sense that I'm not the same anymore! Don't come after me! Dammit, why must your senses be so dull?! Wake up and sense the damn danger!! He grunted between clenched teeth.

"Run... ... RUN! GET AWAY NOW!"[/u]

Takeshi heard her faintly saw that, even though he knew she was coming closer. The pain he was feeling a second ago was easing now, but he knew he had lost this time. His body relaxed, his hand released his shirt, his teeth loosened and his eyes opened, only they were a crimson red now instead of just, crimson. The sense of demon that was being hidden within Takeshi flew out in a strong force of energy, which would be why Zell fell to the ground. Demon Takeshi heard her ask if he was okay. Standing up, he just looked at her, then disappeared from sight, only to appear behind her. He lifted his hand and swiped her across the back like a cat with large claws. He smirked as he felt the blood and flesh on his fingers. "Do I look okay to you?" He asked as he licked the blood from his fingers(ew..). "Geez, what did he do to this body!? The original Takeshi is such a fool, getting hurt by someone weak looking as you. Then again, he did do it on purpose. Fool's acting like he's lovestruck, idiot.. I really do think he should let me come out more often, I'm much better than him anyway.. Not to mention stronger and faster." Siad the demon Takeshi as he flew again and this time punched Zell straight across the face.

Zell's eyes widened as he was clutching his chest. Now she was really worried almost toward tears. "Hey are you alright!" He stood up and disappeared before her eyes. Huh? Wait where did he go? She looked around fiercely for him. Did he... can he teleport or something I can't sense him any.. She felt a sudden burning feeling swipe against her back. "GYAH! UNH!" She fell to her knees and held her head tightly. She moved her hand down to her back and then she moved her hand up to her face and saw her head was bleeding. Well silver doesn't look very good with red. Her vision was a little blurry. He must have cut one of my nerves.

"Geez, what did he do to this body!? The original Takeshi is such a fool, getting hurt by someone weak looking as you. Then again, he did do it on purpose. Fool's acting like he's lovestruck, idiot.. I really do think he should let me come out more often, I'm much better than him anyway.. Not to mention stronger and faster."
Zell gasped and slowly turned her head around only to be punched in the face. "Gah, oof!" The punch had sent her flying. She was laying on the ground now and was shocked. She began to hear footsteps coming near her. Her bangs were covering her eyes and they looked blacked out. She began to push herself back up but was still lying down. She heard slight chuckles and gritted her teeth. "Hmpf. Hehe. I knew that you were a cold-blooded vampire. Now tell me... where is he? WHERE IS TAKESHI! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO HIM!" She was standing up. "I know Takeshi must hate me but I KNOW he would never do this. That isn't him and you're gonna tell me... YOU'RE GONNA TELL ME WHAT YOU'VE DONE TO HIM RIGH... GAH!" Zell began panting and fell to her knees as her head began to hurt. Her eyes were wide open and they were blacking out as well as changing her vision colors. "GAH! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

What is this? Where am I? What is this place? Zell looked around in the stranger land and her head began to hurt again. "UNH, why is.. my head hurting... so much? Huh, who's that." A little girl was walking with silver hair and had bruises on her face with a sad expression. "Hey, hey you, little girl do you mind telling me where I am." The little girl kept walking without saying a word. "Hey! Are you ignoring me? Hey wait up!" Zell ran over to the girl and tried to grab her shoulder but went right through her. Zell gasped. "What, but how?" Is this not real? Is this just an illusion? So who is that? Huh, and why does she look so sad and wounded? The little girl went into a poor house and Zell followed. Maybe this illusion can tell me something about... huh? That woman she looks angry. The woman started yelling at the little girl who looked frightened to death and them the woman pushed the girl down and started kicking her. "HEY STOP THAT! She did nothing wrong! What are you doing. STOP IT! STO... GAH! AHHHHHHH!" Not again why now of all times! She couldn't breathe.

Finally she began breathing again and woke up, and began coughing. I can breathe now. What was that I just saw? She looked over and jumped when she saw Takeshi. Right I forgot Takeshi is here. No that's not Takeshi... that's a monster. Zell narrowed her eyes but her anger couldn't stop the headache she still had and it began to make it worse. The pain was unbearable. Zell was trying to keep back the tears in her eyes but gave in. She began to bawl. She stood up and started limping toward the demon she had so despised. "Come back, Come back Takeshi." She was crying still and she was still in tremendous pain. "Please come back Takeshi, please." She began to trip over her feet a bit and stumbled a few times. "Ta.. Takeshi. Please come back." She fell onto the demon and began holding him. "Please come back Takeshi or I'll beat the hell out of you."

[Takeshi]

"There you go again, asking if Takeshi is alright. You should know by now at least that he's different. Can't you feel a different presence? My, aura, pressure, whatever you wanna say, is much different, much colder and harsher, than his. He's right, you really are pathetic aren't you? Tsk Tsk.." The Demon Takeshi said as he shook his head. or, Takeshi's head.. Whatever. He grew a huge smirk though as he heard her grunt. "Ah, the sound of someone's pain, and to hear it through my ears, not Takeshi's." He said as he rolled his eyes. He looked at her and walked over to her. He reached out for her head as he saw it bleed, and picked up some of her hair. "Silver mixed with red.. Such a pretty sight to me.. Why not, make more?" He said as he tightened his grip on the hair and pulled back on it.

As Zell hit the ground, Takeshi laughed. "This is fun! It's a shame Takeshi is missing out on it!@ Then again, if he was the one doing it, then I wouldn't get the pleasure. Screw Takeshi!" He said with a large grin. Zell tried to push herself up and he just walked towards her. He stared down at her, then kicked her with enough force to send her flying into a tree, maybe even crack it. She then began to interrogate him, asking him where Takeshi is. "What are you talking about, fool? I am Takeshi!" He said as he ran his hand through his hair. Zell only stood up and began to yell at him, continuing to ask where he was and what he did with him. He sighed. "Takeshi told you he was a half-demon, right? Well, most half-demons, such as himself, have another side to them. The side that is originally seen might as well be considered as the "human" side of them, but if they let their emotions, such as anger, get to them, their "demon" side comes out. So if you think Takeshi is a monster, you haven't seen anything yet." He told her with a smirk. "As for what I did with him.. It's basically like he's.. "Trapped" inside of me. Like, cage almost, he can't get out, well, he will, if he's strong enough. Right now he is trying and is failing miserably." That was a complete lie of course, he was already halfway out, but couldn't seem to get fully through. She screamed again and he just stood there and looked at her.

Zell then seemed to go off into a daze. Takeshi waled over and bent down. "Hey, you know now isn't a good time to go all dazy. I can kill you here and now." He said, but got no response. "Helllooo.." He said as he waved a hand in front of her, still receiving nothing. He stood up and crossed his arms. "Hmph.. I could kill her now, but what fun would that be when she won't be doing anything? Damn.. Stupid girl.."

Takeshi then heard coughing and looked back at Zell as his red crimson eyes brightened. "'bout time you woke up! I was getting bored and would've just ended up killing you, but that wouldn't have been any fun at all, but now it will!" He said with a grin that was more devilish than happy. He stopped all he was doing when she began to cry. "What the hell?! Stop crying! It makes it no fun when females cry before death!! It just annoys the hell out of me!" He yelled at her as she began limping towards him.

"Come back, Come back Takeshi. Please come back Takeshi, please. Ta.. Takeshi. Please come back. Please come back Takeshi or I'll beat the hell out of you."[/u]

Zell continued to cry, and it continued to piss the demon Takeshi off. She stumbled, then held on to him. The made his eyes open wide, since it was not expected. His eyes lowered as they turned back to the original crimson color. I'm being held by someone that is half my enemy.. So why do I not care that she's doing this? He actually couldn't remember the last time he was hugged by someone other than Kisa. He lifted his arms and, hesitantly, placed them around Zell, despite the blood coming from her back. "So, you'll kick my ass huh? Two things wrong with that, one, in your condition, I don't seee you being able to do that. Second, I'm already back to normal.."

"AHHHHHHH!" Zell screamed as he pulled her hair even more. Finally he let her go almost in a throw and she hit the ground hard. She heard him laughing in the background which mildly frightened her. I have to get up! I need to get my sword or something! What has this monster done to Takeshi!? It was too late he kicked her into a tree splitting it right in half. Zell began coughing up blood once more. She only heard him laughing in the background.

He started to explain to her about the half demon part of Takeshi and him being the demon. She was fading in and out on what he was saying but heard the part clearly about Takeshi being trapped and that infuriated her. That stupid emo wolf what is taking him so long to break free. Wait he said half demon and Takeshi was saying something earlier about me being a half demon. Does that mean I have a monster in me as well? Or am I the one who is the monster and the real Zell is caged inside of me?

When she fell onto Takeshi she was afraid the demon would claw out her back and rip it to shreds but all he said was
"So, you'll kick my ass huh? Two things wrong with that, one, in your condition, I don't See you being able to do that. Second, I'm already back to normal.."
Zell took in a deep gasp almost coughing because it almost hurt. "Takeshi you're... you're back to normal! Thank goodness I thought you were gone!" She was smiling. She would have smiled more but it hurt too much. He said something to her that made her face turn red. "So! I know I look like crap but I'm fine, see." She pushed her self off of him and turned around and started to walk away smiling. "I'm totally good and..." Zell started falling and fell plop right on her face. "Functional." She was really red by now she thought she was going to burn up. She began to sit up as he helped her. "Ow that kinda hurt my face." She was red and when he saw her face she got even more red.

She turned her head and looked at Takeshi and chuckled a bit to herself. "Didn't you realize it you stupid emo wolf? I actually called you by your name, Takeshi. I feel pretty stupid right now and I'm surprised I'm not paralyzed. I figured whatever that thing was who was possessing you broke my spine or something." She groaned to herself quietly enough for Takeshi not to hear but he probably could hear it with his high sense of hearing. She began shaking a little bit as the wind picked up and grabbed the coldness of the water and hitting her. She shivered and then coughed. Then she sneezed and coughed again. I better not be catching a cold! That would just add onto my embarrassment. How could I ever say how strong I was and then fall victim to a weak cold. That's depressing. She was telling herself not cough but lost her battle and began coughing even harder. She began shaking more and looked over and saw the reason why she was shaking. No wonder. Not only is the wind cold I've lost so much blood that I have almost no more. So I guess I'm dying that's just great how weak am I to die to a co... She began coughing again and thought she heard a voice in the background but blacked out.

When she woke up it was raining and her hair was covering her face. She was wet though. Wait a minute shouldn't I be dead I was dying from a cold and extreme loss of blood so why do I feel warm?

The demon Takeshi just smiled as she screamed. Wonderful wonderful screams.. Music in my ears really, especially the females', males don't appease to my taste, obviously. Unless there is something Takeshi needs to tell me. He shivered and twitched slightly at that thought. When he heard the tree split in half, he got a big smile on his face and went on the ground laughing. "That was great!! I knew it would crack, but not break!!"

The real Takeshi listened as Zell gasped, almost coughing, and looked down at her. "You okay?" He listened to er as she began speaking. "Uh, yeah, I'm back.. " He looked down when she said he thought he was gone. "No, I'm not. I'm not going to lose myself to that monster." He said as he let go of Zell. "Know you know the partial reason of why I hate myself." He told her, still looking to the side. She then pushed herself away from him and walked, only to end up tripping and landing on her face. He placed his hand over his mouth to keep himself from laughing. Now that, was a scary thought, Takeshi laughing. He only laughed with Kisa and most of the time it was forced. Shaking his head, he walked over and grabbed her arm to help her up. "Well it looked like it hurt. Be more careful next time, doofus."

Zell turned and looked at him. "You've said my name before. Remember, you actually said it a few times..." Takeshi told her. He gave her a weird look as she continued to talk. "Zell.. That "thing" was telling the truth, he's my demon side, he wasn't just possessing me.. He is me.. Did you get a concussion or something? No, normally it would've killed a human, obviously, but you're half demon, remember? They can fly through fifteen trees before breaking a bone." He explained to her. He heard her groan, but didn't think to say something about it. He then noticed she stated shivering. "You cold or something?" He looked around and then saw the blood everywhere. "Right.." She coughed, sneezed, and then coughed again. Someone's getting sick..What am I now, a demon babysitter? I'm supposed to hate her! Ugh, but I can't.. I'm a failure as a demon hunter. Zell then began to coughed harder as well as shook some more. Then coughed more. "Zell, you o-" She blacked out then and there. "Zell!!"

Takeshi bit his lip, not really sure what to do now. Shit shit shit shit!! What to do what to do!!?? I can heal her, but if I do I could absorb her memories.. Uhhh... Hm.. He looked at her and saw the big scratch on her back, then to his hands that still had traces of her blood on them. I did that, me.. This is my fault.. But it's what I do best.. Maybe this is heaven's punishment for all the sins I've committed, they're telling m it's too late to turn back now.. Takeshi bent down on a knee and began to take his jacket off. I can still try though. Takeshi placed his jacket down and the tore the sleeves of his shirt off. He tied one sleeve to Zell's head and another to cover part of her back. Taking his jacket, he sat her up and placed it on her so she was wearing it. He then put her on his back and began to walk home.

I'm saving a demon now, well, a partial one. How does mom feel, knowing I'm saving a partial enemey? How will Kisa react to me bringing home a strange female so late at night, all cut up and bleeding horribly? Will this news stretch among the demon race and will they think I've gone soft, and come to try and kill me? Probably. I have killed lots of them, I would do the same... Takeshi eyes widened as something wet dropped on his face. It was raining now. Wonderful.. Just what I need.. Takeshi yawned slightly as he finally found the road and began to walk in the opposite direction. Zell then woke up, but he didn't stop. "'Bout time, sleeping beauty." He said.

"Mmm... Mm"

"'Bout time, sleeping beauty."

"Huh.. Eh!? Whoa.. whoa." Zell was swinging her arms around to get her balance but failed and landed on the ground. Her face was redder than it had ever been. What do I say now. My face feels red and now it's just even more embarrassing. I can never show my face again! She covered up her face with what was left of her sleeves. Huh what is this on my arm? CLOTH! She looked up at Takeshi who was half way undressed. WHERE ARE YOU'RE CLOTHES! AND YOUR JACKET! YOU'LL GET SICK IN THIS RAIN!" She felt her head and then realized his jacket was on her. "Why did you give me your jacket you need it for yourself. And why did you bandage me up instead of letting me die. Isn't that what you wanted? You didn't have to this for me." She looked down kind of sad and guilty. "Now you're gonna get sick." She got up and started to hand him back the jacket. "Well come on! This is your jacket not mine!"

After the mild fight she decided to keep following him back to where he was going and got back on his back. Where are we going anyways? I hope it's not anyplace where it is cold because even though the bleeding has stopped the cold must be getting back to me because I'm getting the chills. A sudden stop feeling made her come out of thought and she looked up. "What is that little place? Is it a house?" She followed him inside. It's nice and warm in here. It's kinda small though. Well at least it's not raining. She took of Takeshi's jacket and handed it back to him. She looked around a little and looked at a light which made her sneeze. Guess I'm still sick. I should've known better than to think otherwise. She heard a little voice from a little girl and was mildly frightened. She turned around quickly to see what it came from.

Takeshi continued to walk until Zell fell from his arms. "Hey! you okay?!" When he turned around, he just gave her a blank look as her face was beat red and on the ground. Smooth move genius... He sighed slightly and began to help her up. she then looked at him and began questioning him. "Wow, can we relax now? It's not like I'm naked, sheesh.. I just pulled off my jacket to give to you and ripped my sleeves off to bandage you up somewhat." He said as he pulled a bit on his sleeve that was tied around her head, then pointed down to her stomach where the other one was tied. She asked why he did that, flinching a bit when she said that he wanted her to die. "True, I did say that, didn't I..? Well, this wasn't my official doing, so how would I get the pleasure of seeing you die when it's not by me?" He was bluffing of course. He didn't actually understand why he did save her himself. He jumped back a bit" Nnuh.. Hey, what's that look for?!" He said, but gave her a blank stare as she handed him back his jacket. "It's your jacket now! It's covered in mud because of you! Besides, I don't want something that a demon has worn!!" He was bluffing, again, but still, he was stubborn after all.

Takeshi just shook his head and put Zell back on his back. Hope we don't wake Kisa up... Ugh, we still got a little way to go now.. He then looked to the sky and looked for the moon. It's not the full moon.. Hell, there isn't even a moon! So why did it show the full moon back at that lake?[./i] Now that he thought about it, he thought he heard something about a lake that always showed the Full Moon, but heard it was hard to find. Well, I certainly had no trouble finding it! They finally reached his house and he saw the lights. "Looks like I don't need to worry about waking her up.." He mumbled to himself as he took out a key and unlocked the door, walking inside. "Make sure to take your shoes off. Don't need mud being trailed through the house.." He explained quickly as he swiftly removed her shoes and grabbed two towels as she sneezed. "Excuse you." He said as he threw a towel at her and rubbed the other one on his head, trying to dry his hair at least. Takeshii could hear footsteps then rushing down the hall. "Nii-chan!" Said as small voice. He turned and bent down, opening his arms. "Hey Kisa!" He said as she jumped into a hug and he lifted her up into a hug and in his arms. She then gave him a deranged look. "Nii-chan, you're soaked.." He rubbed the back of his head, balancing Kisa on one arm. "Yeah... Uh, it started raining on the way home..." "You're not even properly dressed..!" She told him. He just gave her a sheepish laugh. She then finally noticed Zell, her brown eyes looking at her curiously. "Nii-chan, she is offering you you're jacket back.. and She has your sleeve tied around her head.. Who is this girl..?" She said, becoming shy now. He swuiped the jacket from Zell. "Didn't I say to keep the jacket?! Ugh, never mind.." He chucked the jacket aside and placed Kisa down, although she hid behind him. "relax Kisa.. This is Zell.. she just needs a place to stay for the night.."

She was still a little jumpy when she saw the little girl running toward Takeshi. Hm. She called him Nii-chan so I wonder who she is. Takeshi smiled at her. I wanted him to smile earlier... BUT I WANTED HIM TO SMILE AT ME! Unh. Okay I guess I'm still not healed enough to get angry. She looked up and when the little girl asked him about the jacket he swiped it off of her almost pulling her arm out of her shoulder. OW! That hurt! How dare he that was rude. Right when I start to think good of him he turns into a jerk again. Hmpf. Zell clenched her teeth in her mouth and narrowed her eyes a bit. When he put her down she hid behind him. Is she scared of me? Well I can say the same thing.

"relax Kisa.. This is Zell.. she just needs a place to stay for the night.."
"Hm. HEY WHO SAID I'D BE STAYING HERE ANYWAYS. I DON'T NEED HELP FROM YOU AND I..." Her stomach growled and she blushed a bit. Now the girl seemed even more scared of her than before. "Uh. I.. uh..." She turned around and sat on the ground crossing her arms. "Well I guess I could stay here for a little while. I mean it's not like I have a home to return to anyways." She was sitting there silent for a second. "Unless I want to return to those magic fighting freaks." She mumbled that under her breath so they wouldn't hear it. OH DAMN! That over sensed wolf probably heard that. Great how many times am I going to embarrass myself?

She started to smell a good aroma coming from the kitchen but refused to move. She began shaking and coughing even though she was in a warm house. Well he could've offered me some clothes or something. These cold wet clothes are enough to have me in bed for a week. She started to take in a deep breath but she sneezed loud enough to shake the house. Gah.. uh.. ahhw. That kinda hurt. She sniffed and then went into the kitchen and saw Takeshi. "Takeshi, oh hi I didn't know you were in here. Oh by the way I have a question. Who was that girl you called Kisa?" Zell felt her face redden a bit after she said that. "And what exactly is your relationship with her? She seems a little young for you."

Takeshi smiled as Kisa did the same in their embrace. He saw Zell look up at her and saw that when he took the jacket, she clenched her teeth. "What? you want it back?" He asked as he went over and picked it back up, offering it to her, thinking that that was the reason why she was made. "I don't see why you'd want something that's covered in mud and wet back, so why not have this..." He said as he opened a closet door and pulled out a blanket for her. "It's dry and clean, not to mention warm. Or if you want you can go upstairs and take a shower. I'll lend you some f my clothes, since Kisa's won't fit you, seeing as you're older, so mine will probably be the better fit. If you want of course. I'll even wash yours.." He told her.

Takeshi just looked at her as she began yelling and Kisa hid further behind him. "I said you'll be staying here, and I'll be damned if I believe that you don't need my help." He looked down at her stomach as she turned red. "That proves it right there." He looked down at Kisa. "You got something cooking?" He asked, which was stupid because he could smell it. She always did cook for him when he went out and stayed late. she nodded and they both looked at Zell as she turned, sat down and crossed her arms. She's acting like a spoiled brat.. "there ya' go then, you'll be staying here tonight." He said as he turned to walk to the kitchen, but stopped when he heard her say something about going home to magic fighting freaks. Confused, of course, but he acted as if he didn't hear it and continued on.

Takeshi entered the kitchen and took the work off of Kisa's shoulders for her. It was fish and leek soup, her favorite. He gave it a blank stare, but didn't say anything. He was okay with the fish, but not with the leeks. He ate them anyway to make her happy. He froze when he heard Zell sneeze and laughed quietly. Wow, if I didn't know better I would've thought it to be an Earthquake..

"Takeshi, oh hi I didn't know you were in here. Oh by the way I have a question. Who was that girl you called Kisa? And what exactly is your relationship with her? She seems a little young for you."[/u]

Takeshi just stirred as he listened to her. "Why wouldn't I be in here? I'm supposed to be the adult here.. Well, between me an Kisa. Supposed to be the guardian here. I'd be a horrible guardian if I made her cook for me." He told her as he lifted the spoon to taste the leek soup but spit it out when Zell said that she was a little young for him and began to choke. He took his hand and wiped his mouth as he looked at her. "What is it to you what my relationship with her is?! I'm no leech anyway! I don't go after young innocent girls!" He told her, but knew he was making the situation worse, so turned around and went back to caring for the soup. "She's my little sister.."

Zell widened her eyes when he said that. "Your little sister, oh I didn't know that I'm sorry." She felt a little stupid then. How stupid of me to get worked up over that. I had no reason to ask him a question like that anyway. She almost laughed when he spit out the soup he looked like a fool. "Um, about your offer from earlier about clean clothes and that stuff, I'd be stupid to say no. And I'm sorry about scaring your little sister earlier." Her stomach growled even louder this time and she knew he heard it. "Uh, hehe, I guess I'm getting hungry." She walked over to the table and sat down in a chair. She immediately jumped back up and asked if it was ok for her to sit down. She finally calmed herself and decided to sit down on the floor instead of the chair.

She looked at her arms and legs and she touched her head. Wow I do need a shower or a bath or something. She looked over at Takeshi who seemed very absorbed into his cooking. Mmm! I smell fish but what is that other smell? It smells kinda sickening. I wonder if he's still okay with me taking a shower? "Hey Takeshi, what is that that's cooking over there?" She listened to his response then walked over to him and smelled the fish. He seemed annoyed though. "Wow that smells great! I wonder what this smells like?" Zell was too caught up in the good smells to think about manors and the sickening smell she smelt earlier. Well I am hungry so why wouldn't this stuff smell good. She leaned over and smelt the soup. Her face went a little green. "Blah, WHAT IS THAT!?" The way he looked made Zell feel bad. "I'm sorry I... I wasn't thinking when I said that." She looked down at her feet and realized that they were pretty cut up.

If I don't get cleaned up soon I'm gonna get an infection. She looked over at Takeshi and couldn't see his eyes. Who am I to say something like that. He probably worked really hard on that and I just insulted it like I had no care whatsoever. I'd be better off just leaving him alone. "Hey Takeshi tonight I think I'm going to just sleep on the floor in here. I don't want to get blood stains on your beds so It'll probably be easier to clean up from off the floor. And I'm going to go take a shower so I don't ruin your furniture so I'll be out in time for dinner... that is if you even want me in here for dinner. Well I'll be quick. See you in a bit!" She didn't even wait for him to reply she just darted out of the room. Now where would I find the bathroom? It's gotta be somewhere.

While running down the hallway she almost ran into Kisa. "Oh I'm sorry, please excuse me!" She still darted down the hallway. She found a room at the end of the hallway. This must be it. She opened the door and stuck her head in. Wow this place is really nice! I wonder how long it took to make it this pretty looking? She found a towel on the rack and pulled it out so it was handy when she got out. I hate to have to take off all this bloody clothing. I hope I don't get it on the floor. She started the water up and got to just as hot as she needed it. That should be hot enough. She smiled and started undressing. She stepped in and got chills because of her being so cold felt a sudden shock of hotness. She got in all the way and started to look around for the shampoo and body soap. Hm. I'll use Takeshi's shampoo I guess. She started to wash her hair and then her body. She looked down and saw all the mud and blood quickly washing off of her. Well at least when I get out I'll look better than I did before. She started humming in the shower and then started singing. She had a habit of doing that. She didn't care if anyone in the house heard her singing even though they probably did. She loved being under the water. It made her feel relaxed, cold or hot water. The water made her clear her head easily making it easier to think about the good things and feel good. Sometimes she would just sit in a bath for hours going under the water and back up again. When she wasn't that dirty of course.

Finally she figured she had to be at least mostly done by now and besides she could smell the food and it smelled good. Hm that smells lovely. I guess I better get out now. She turned the water off and grabbed a towel and wrapped it around her. She got out and dried off and looked down at her dirty damaged clothes. Shoot I should've asked him for clothing first. Oh well I guess I better go ask for some. She wrapped the towel tightly around her so it wouldn't fall off. She ran downstairs and into the kitchen where Kisa and Takeshi were. "Hey Takeshi! Can I borrow some clothes?"

"Your little sister, oh I didn't know that I'm sorry."[/u]

"It's cool, just try not to jump to conclusions before getting the real answer...." Takeshi said as he went over and flipped the fish. They'll be done soon.. Kisa must've been too tried to think this fully through she started it way too soon.. The fish will be done before the soup.. "Alright, the shower is upstairs. About scaring Kisa, it's alright. She's rather shy around people she's not used to and plus, she knows your half-demon, she can sense it in you. I can tell she's rather surprised I brought a demon home.. Don't tell her I told you this, but she's scared of demons.." He said as he turned and looked at her, leaning back on the counter. Zell's stomach growled. "Nah, really?" he said as she said she was getting hungry. She then sat on the chair, flipped, then sat on the floor. "It's..okay.. You can sit in the chair..."

Takeshi shook his head and went back to stirring the soup. he looked to the side when Zell asked him what it was, but didn't exactly feel like answering so went back to stirring. She came over and it sort of annoyed him in a way. Doesn't she know better than get close to a hot stove? Zell complimented the fish. "Don't thank me, Kisa made it. I'm just finishing it.he then went to the leeks and sniffed that, turning a bit green. This time he couldn't hold back and burst into a small, quiet laughing fit. "It's leek soup. I gotta admit I don't like it much either, but it's Kisa's favorite, so, why not?" He turned to her as she apologized. "It's okay, Kisa made it, not me. Just be glad she didn't hear it.."

Takeshi continued to stir until he sniffed in a bit. Something smells burnt.. He looked over to the fish and they were getting darker than they were supposed to. "GACK!" He said as he quickly removed the fish. Great, I almost burnt them.. This, truth be told, made Takeshi a bit upset. Kisa didn't like the m haflf burnt. His eyes blacked out as he stirred. Great.. He looked at Zell as she said she'll sleep on the floor. "Like hell you will! Your wounds are fine and besides, you'd just stain the floor and unlike the floor, a stain on a mattress can be taken out. Or I can buy another one. You'll be sleeping in my bed tonight. I'll bee on the sofa.." They did have a large house, but only two bedrooms, the rest were storage rooms. Zell then arted out and he just gave her a weird look. Geez she's crazy..

Kisa had been walking down the hallway when she suddenly heard "Excuse me" and was sort of pushed aside by the girl Takeshi brought home. She shook a bit afterward, but continued on into the kitchen where Takeshi was finishing dinner. "Nii-chan.." Takeshi heard her, but first turned the stove off and moved aside the soup, then walked over and scooped Kisa up. "What's up?" He asked with a smile. She held onto his head and looked down at him. "Why did you bring a demon home? I thought you didn't like them.. Do you like this girl?" He froze. Why is everyone getting on my case about this..? "D..Don't be ridiculous Kisa.. Of course I don't like them. I brought her home because her injuries.." "You lost control, didn't you..?" She asked quietly. He looked down. "Yeah, I did.. So I wanna care for this one until she's well, then kill her fairly." He put her down at the table and served dinner as he ran a hand through his hair. Suddenly, he heard footsteps.

"Hey Takeshi! Can I borrow some clothes?"[/u]

Takeshi was eating a piece of fish when he turned to look at Zell only to see her in a towel. He dropped is chopsticks and literally began choking. He quickly turned around and beat his chest as he began turning a deep red. "Couldn't you have just called me up instead of running around in a towel!?" He asked between coughs. Turning around, agitated , he stormed past her, I'll be right back.." He said as Kisa watched after him, then looked at Zell.

"Oh my god Takeshi are you ok!" A minute later he stormed right past Zell with a red face. "Wow cold rush of air. Hm? I wonder if he's aright?" She looked over at Kisa who was looking at her. Zell smiled. Takeshi told me that Kisa is afraid of demons so maybe if I can talk to her a little she'll realize that I'm not that bad of a person. She walked over and sat down by Kisa. "Hi Kisa how are you?" She said as she smiled tilting her head to the side. "So you're Takeshi's little sister. I can definitely see the resemblance now that I think about it. You know you're really lucky to have someone like him as a brother." If my theory is right than this is the "one" he told me about earlier that he lives for. That's really quite sweet from someone like him. "Takeshi really cares for you. He's also quite a good person in general. He likes to make everyone think he's cold-hearted and that he hates almost everyone but really he has a golden heart. He's a good person once you finally talk to him and he starts to open up." Zell was smiling to herself when she was saying that. She agreed with herself in her mind as she spoke. Next thing she knew is clothes being thrown in her face. "Oof! HEY THANKS A LOT YOU ALMOST MADE ME LOSE GRIP OF MY TOWEL AND THEN IT WOULD HAVE FALLEN OFF!"

She left and went upstairs to change once she changed she came back downstairs to eat. These clothes literally swallow me up. Oh well at least they're better than nothing. And they're warm. She walked down the hallway and walked into the kitchen. Kisa and Takeshi are almost halfway done. Man I feel slow. I wonder what they talked about when I was gone. She sat down and picked up the silverware and looking at it in awe. "Whoa! What is this thing? It looks sharp along the edge. What do you use it for?" She listened to what they had to say and started observing it again. "She was turning it all around in her hands and then lost grip on the silverware she was holding and it cut her. "OW! That is sharp. It hurts." She looked at her finger and blood was starting to come out. "Ugh! I don't think I can look at anymore blood on me tonight or I'm going to get sick." She put her finger in her mouth to stop the bleeding. "Ew! That tastes gross!" She started to eat the fish and then gulped it down within seconds making herself look like a fool in front of Takeshi and Kisa. Really Zell didn't care all that much because she was starving. She turned to the leek soup and without thinking started to slurp some of it up in what they said was a spoon. The spoon was the rounded full circle on top of the stick it was attached to. As she stuck it in her mouth she got a sudden taste of disgust flew into her. She was about to spit it out but remembered what Takeshi said about Kisa and leek soup.
"It's okay, Kisa made it, not me. Just be glad she didn't hear it.."
She stopped herself and forced herself to smile and swallow. "Mmm. That's some good soup." Zell didn't pay any attention to how they reacted because she was so hungry. Even though she didn't like the soup much she was starving and ate it all. "Mmm. That was a really good meal! You did a great job Tak..." She remember that Takeshi told he didn't make the meal.
"Don't thank me, Kisa made it. I'm just finishing it."
"I mean you did a really great job Kisa. Thank you so much for a good meal."

Zell began to go to the living room but remembered that Takeshi told her to sleep in his bead instead. I know he told me that but it still makes me feel bad. It's his bead and I'm taking it from him making him sleep on the sofa. She looked down at her feet and moaned. Why does he have to act like a stubborn jerk who thinks he's all tough by doing everything just so I don't have to do it. She began to walk toward his room and opened the door. She looked inside and saw it was just a plain room. It's plain but it is nice and clean. The furniture is nice and the bed looks comfy. I wish I could talk to him right now for some reason. I want to know more about him. There is something about him that just lures you in. She walked into the room holding the blankets that she had received earlier. I guess he still knows I have a cold. He's giving me these blankets so I'd heat up under the blankets like a toaster. Tonight is kinda chilly though. She put the blanket on the bed and walked over to the window. The moon is so pretty tonight and the breeze isn't that cold. Besides it's stopped raining so that's got to be better than anything. Ugh. He's so over cautious. She threw the blanket off the bed and looked at the condition of the bed at that moment. "Well someone doesn't make their bed in the morning. But then again who am I to talk." She remade the bed and took the other blanket and layed it out on top. She walked back over to the window and opened it up a little. "If I don't have some coolness I'll die from heat stroke. Who said a cold couldn't turn into a fever."

She rested her arms on the window sill and looked up at the sky. The moon and stars are bright tonight. I feel like a trapped animal stuck inside his room like this. Besides I want to get a better view of the sky. She began climbing out the window and climbed up to the roof. She began walking to the center of the roof and was about to sit down. I bet they could hear me walking. Especially Takeshi. Well hope I don't piss him off like everything else does. She sat down and starting thinking. She admired the stars and moon and sky. She let her mind wander but didn't realizing she was coughing and sniffing more. She was looking straight ahead and heard footsteps. She looked over.
