Luna Lake

The moon never seems to go down or turn invisible, always shining and dancing on Luna Lake. The sun never comes up here. The lake always seems to sparkle and dazzle in the moonlight, seeming magical. People say it is haunted by a female spirit in a white gown, named Luna, and that she is causing the moon to shine on the lake all day and night. The story says that there was a 14-year-old girl named Luna who drowned in this lake many years ago on a full-moonlit night, while playing around the lake. People say that this lake is named after her, because ever since her death, on a full-moonlit night, you can see her translucent spirit dancing and prancing around the lake, playing among the lake just as she did before she died. The people that have came to this lake have claimed to see her spirit. Many believe this story, and hardly anyone visits Luna Lake anymore. And some think the lake is just magical. But of course, there are some who want to see for themselves whether or not Luna Lake's story is true....so people still come here, just not as often as they used to.
