Failure By Design (Open)

[Kasumi]

"Indeed it is, very cute. If you fall off a cliff, I have two choices; catch you, or fall with you. I'd prefer to catch you, but still, either works for me." Kasumi said as she looked up at him from his hand and smiled herself. She looked back down towards their hands and grabbed his other, placing them together. She then put her hands over his and held on a bit tight.

Letting go of his hand finally, she faced fully towards RX-78 and began to examine him. He is quite large looking, but looks aren't everything.. Does he have any real power to back this up or is it just for looks? What can he really do? I wonder if his neck would be a weak point at all.. If not, we might just be screwed.. Well, I might be, I've never fought or even met him before but Fate has, so he'll probably do better.. I guess we'll just have to see.. Kasumi didn't hear what Fate said at first, too lost in thought, but jerked her head towards him as he warned her to be careful and that he was strong. "Relax, I think I can handle him, I'll be okay, I promise." She told him with a smile to reassure him. "Besides, you're the one he wants, so I think you are the one that needs to be careful."

"I'll try not to damage that body of yours."[/u]

"Huh? What do you mean by th-" Suddenly, Kasumi couldn't see him for a second, but then spotted him in front of Fate. She tensed up completely and was watching them intensely, but didn't actually do anything, right now all he was doing was standing in front of Fate. Not to mention that if she went to run in front of them to help, Fate might have already begun to throw an attack and with her in front of him, she'd probably get hit or close to it, so she stayed. She waited to see what would play out and didn't even blink.

He laughed slightly after listening to her. "I thought all angels had wings though?" He smiled. He turned silent again after RX-78 had spoke. He would try not to damage Fate's body? Fate was confused. Personally, he never knew why SAPHYRE invested so much time into him. His powers were amazing, but there was other experiments that had amazing abilities just as he did. So why not choose them too? What was so special about Fate?

He snapped back to reality when he realized RX-78 was reaching out to grab him. He fell backwards to advoid his heavy grasp and rolled back to his feet. He had a few feet between them. "My body? What's so special about me? Why choose me over hundreds of other experiments who wanted to be weapons!?" Honestly, Fate was hoping that he didn't know or that he wouldn't tell him. Sometimes knowing nothing was better than knowing at all. Fate knew he would stand much of a chance against this beast in close combat. One hit from those massive arms and Fate might have been done for. He launched a bolt of electricity at him, not waiting for the answer.

Rx-78 didn't bother to dodge Fate's attack. He let it hit him head on and laughed. "You need stronger attacks to even bruise me! Don't hold back! Let's have fun or do you reconsider your foolish decision!?" He looked directly at Fate and grinned. "You want answers. You'll have to BEAT IT OUT OF ME!!" He dashed at Fate again this time trying to plant his left fist into the boy's body. He put his hands up and created a shield of lightning to stop him only to be shocked it failed. The electricity seemed to had shocked RX-78, but not enough to stop his punch. Fate tried rolling to the side, but still got hit in the left side of his body which sent him flying to the ground, sliding to the edge of the roof. He's way stronger than he use too. Get up! Now's not the time to play dead!

Fate whole left arm was number. He had to check to see if it was still there. He could hear the beast's laugh as he tried to get back to his feet. "I've grown strong. As I mature so does this power of mines. It doesn't take me as long as it use to to get stronger. I advice you re-think your game plan if you think this fight going to be like old times." Fate slowly stood to his feet. He nearly fell back down realizing the whole left side of his upper body was numb. If he was a normal human he may have been more seriously hurt. "I didn't mean to insult you...Damn, that hurt." He looked at Kasumi and smiled. His eyes red eyes turned a shade darker as large bolts started to circle around his whole body. "You still hit like a little girl though."

RX-78 snickered. He knew Fate always tried to be funny with his humor no matter the situation. Some things never changed. He could see that Fate was serious now, but he wasn't going to attack Fate this time. He made a dash attempt at Fate but before reaching him he shifted his weight and turned to dash at Kasumi. He swung his heavy arm in an attempt to cleave her head from her body.

[Kasumi]

"Oh haha. I'm no angel and you know it." Kasumi said with a smirk. "Besides, if that was true wouldn't you be the one sprouting them or did the lab cut them off?" She asked as she glared, still, at RX-78. Hmph.. What to do, what to do..? I, don't know.. I guess there really are a lot of things I still don't know about Fate, like how the people did things back in the lab and what the hell were they thinking creating guys like Rx-78? Stupid scientists.. If I could complain, I so would! She cussed under her breathe and sighed.

Kasumi clenched her teeth, but silently watched as he reached out for Fate, but Fate fell back and rolled away. She sighed out relief, seeing that his hand was huge and could've crushed Fate if he wanted to. Fate seemed so much smaller to RX-78, like she did. She stood silently as the fight between them went on. Fate asked basically the same thing she did, just more detailed. Well, almost asked. He then threw electricity at him and he didn't move, just let it hit him. She was confused at first, but soon realized it didn't affect him. Well, that's not good, not at all.. If his electricity doesn't affect him, then I don't think my fire will either... She heard RX-78 yell that if he wanted the answer, he'd have to beat it out of him and hit Fate hard enough to send him to the edge of the roof. Her hands lit with fire automatically and she made a giant fist out of fire. Moving her arm back, she sent the fist right after him. It might've been stronger if it wasn't raining, but it'd have to do for now.

Turning her attention to Fate, he was already standing up slowly and almost fell back down. She considered running to him, but RX-78 began to speak, Fate replied to it and sent a smile in her direction. She sent one back, but worry was still written all over her face. He seems alright, but there is no way in hell he is.. He's gonna have a major bruise tomorrow.. I can heal flesh wounds, but not bruises. His eyes turned darker and more electricity began to circle his body. She continued to watch silently, not thinking she should interfere right now. It seemed to be more personal between Fate and RX-78 and thought of her father's words at times. "There are two types of battles; One to protect, the other for honor." This fight was sort of for protection, but she thought it was a bit more for honor.

Kasumi flinched as she heard RX-78 snicker. She didn't like it when the bad guys snickered, it usually meant they were planning something bad or they found something funny that the good guy did. Obviously Fate was being funny, but that wasn't the point.. RX-78 then wnt for Fate again and began to run towards Fate, thinking he was going to attack him, but suddenly noticed his arm was coming for her. She was already to close to them to run back and it was edging closer by the second, so she lifted her arms to protect her head, which was exactly where his hand hit her. She winced a bit as she flew in the air and grunted a bit when she hit the wall by the door. When her arm hit the ground though she cried out quietly a bit, since now her arm was broken., Well, this isn't good.. An orange oval circled her arm like it had Fate earlier and she began to heal her arm. "Stupid bastard.." She mumbled under her breathe.

"I guess I haven't earned my wings yet."

I don't 'member him bein' this big. Yeah, same here. Maybe he's been eating his Wheaties. How 'bout ya save that one 'til after we defeat him. No, I was going to say, 'The bigger they are the harder they fall' when I defeated him. That's extra lame. We gotta think of somethin' cool.

He appreciate what Hope was trying to do. He was trying to keep him calm and relaxed despite the situation. Hope knew what would have happened if Fate got over worked in a fight. Fate's eyes widened when RX-78 hit Kasumi. He wasn't fast enough to get there. "A Man isn't suppose to hit a woman you idiot!" It was clear that Fate was angry. He charged forward building up a large ammount of electricity in his right hand. RX-78 snickered again. He really wanted to end the girl's life with that attack, but it seemed that it got Fate worked up enough. "Man? No, I am a monster!" Once Fate was within ranged he grabbed him with both hands, completely engulfing the boy's body.
"I'm the idiot yet you attacked me head on. I say you're the foolish one."

Suddenly, the crackle of electricity could be heard. An explosion of electiricity then occurred, causing RX-78 to fall back and drop Fate. RX-78 looked at his hands which was red with his blood, shocked. Fate looked up to see that his planned had worked and slowly worked himself back to his feet. "You said you was a monster yet your hands say otherwise," He grinned, "Now i'm going to make you apologize to Kasumi."

RX-78 was still staring at his hands. "DON'T YOU DARE MOCK ME! I'LL KILL YOU! I DON'T CARE IF I ROT MY MIND! JUST AS LONG AS I SLAUGHTER YOU BOTH! He was furious. How could a mere weapon hurt a monster? Fate had no source of electricity to draw enormous power from. This didn't make since to RX-78. It had to be a fluke. To make matter worst Fate seemed to not really taking him seriously now. Fate walked over to Kasumi and kneeled down. "I'm sorry... I said I'd protect you and I failed so far."

[Kasumi]

Kasumi didn't hear Fate when he said he didn't earn his wings yet, she was too focused right now on healing. The faster the better. She did though hear him as he began to speak to RX-78. He sounds angry.. She heard the energy build in Fate's hand and RX-78 snicker again, wincing at the sound. "Ick.." She said quietly as she looked up. He said he was a monster and picked Fate up with both hands. Is it just me, or did Fate let him pick him up..? He then said something else to Fate, which she hardly paid attention to and was content on watching Fate, trying to figure out what he was doing. Before she could though, a loud noise went off and an explosion followed afterward. RX-78 went back and dropped Fate and she could see and smell the blood coming out of his hands. She turned away and made a disgusted face at the smell.

Kasumi turned back to look at them as the oval disappeared and Fate smiled, saying that he was going to make RX-78 apologize to her. She was about to smile herself when RX-78 began to yell. "Brat.." She mumbled as she began to stand up when Fate walked beside her and knelt down. She listened to his words and then shook her head. "How many times do I need to say this before you get it through your head? I'll be fine, your the ones he's after, you need protection more than I do and dammit you'll get that protection, no matter what happens to me, understand?!" She said as she gave him a smile and a quick hug. "Thanks though, I appreciate it.." She said as she stood up. "C'mon, let's go kick some giant ass." She told him as she looked back over at RX-78 with a smug look and grin.

He hugged her with his one arm, still unable to feel the left side of his upper body. "I don't want anything to happen to you though," He whispered, "Do you understand, Kasumi?" It was something he felt he needed to do. It was because of him she got hurt. It was because of him she was in this situation. This would soon be fixed though.

"Kick some giant ass? Do you mean me? Do you think you two are actually capable of defeating me? You can't hurt me. What 30/30-150 did was just a fluke! An accident that will never happen again." He wiped the blood clean from his hands using his pants. He charged forward once again. He was going to rip Fate limb from limb then do the same with his girlfriend. He wanted to stay with her than so be it. They could spend an eternity together in the afterlife.

Fate jumped forward before RX-78 could get the chance to strike at them. He placed all the electricity he had gather into one attack. Fate's fist connected with RX-78's face and not a split second later a wave of electricity was released, sending RX-78 flying backwards. He had hit the ground hard with the left side of his face now covered in his own blood. "That's two hits. We got plenty more to give you too for hitting a woman so get up RX-78." Maybe Fate was talking big now. That last attack took a lot out of him. It was because RX-78's skin was so strong it was hard to do any real damage to him. But he was still him. Besides, Fate had figured out his weakness. He actually had SAPHYRE to thank because they help him gain such control over his powers.

RX-78 slowly got up and wiped the blood from his face only for more to appear. He could barely see out of his right eye. I won't be defeated by a failure. I can't be defeated by a failure!! No one had ever made him feel pain like this. He hadn't felt anything like this. He didn't move. It was obvious that the two of them was way smarter than him. He relied on nothing, but his brute strength and being nearly invulnerable. "You made me bleed... twice. This is fun!"

[Kasumi]

Fate hugged her with one arm, which made her worry even more than she already was. "You okay? Is it broken? I can heal it, if it is." She told him as her hands glowed orange again. When he began to speak, her hands went back to normal and she stared at him for a second, then hugged him again and kissed his cheek. "You know, when you say stuff like that I can't concentrate on the danger here.. Hell, I can't concentrate if you just stand there... You should save the sweet-talk until we're done, okay?" Kasumi said as she separated, put her hands on his shoulders and smiled at him. RX-78 then spoke as well and her smile faded as she turned and glared at him, again. "Well of course I mean you, who else would I be talking about? He's slow, isn't he?" The last part she had turned to Fate again and whispered to him, ignoring the rest of what he said.

RX-78 wiped the blood away and went at them again, but Fate jumped at him. Gasping slightly she stood up immediately and watched as Fate made another blow to the left side of RX-78's face, which made him fly back.

"That's two hits. We got plenty more to give you too for hitting a woman so get up RX-78."[/u]

Running over to where Fate was, she looked at him and crossed her arms. "Must I give you another lecture on health, or shall it be changed to danger? I'm staring to feel like a mother now, you're making me worry left and right..! You really want me to pull out my hair, don't you? Am I able to talk to Hope for a second, is that okay? I wanna ask him a few things., if you don't mind.." Kasumi asked as she tilted her head and looked at him. She noticed that Fate seemed a bit more tired than he was and she knew that if she probably asked Fate, he wouldn't tell her, but figured Hope might.

Kasumi looked back at RX-78 as he began to get up and wiped the blood off his face, but only more appeared. He then pointed out an obvious fact the Fate made him bleed twice, but also said it was fun. Looks like the questions will have to wait. "My turn!" She exclaimed as she began to look smug. My fire didn't seem to work, so I'll resort to something else. Kasumi's eyes turned yellow and her fingernails grew longer. She fell to all fours as she turned into a wolf, which was her transformation. She shook her fur off, which was useless since it was still raining and ran for RX-78. She jumped and landed on his shoulder. Her teeth met his skin, but it wasn't breaking, yet this didn't mean she was giving up, she just bit down harder. A drop of blood then reached her tongue and she fell back, disgusted by the taste. That's nothing more than a paper cut to him, dammit! Looking up at him, she ran off to the side and to his back as she jumped again. If I can't injure him alone.. Landing on his shoulder again, she jumped again and added her claws to where Fate had injured him as she fell, adding on to it. Then I'll jsut add on to the wounds Fate makes!

He sighed. This was one of the very reasons he hated fighting. Those you cared about were always worried about you. That was something Fate didn't want to put on anyone's heart, especially Kasumi. Don't say anything stupid! Don't play cool! Well, it's best I don't open my mouth. He was silent as she healed him once again. Still, he knew he was going to feel this for the next few days. Never once had RX-78 hit him this hard when he was younger. Things had changed. They had changed. Fate wasn't that scared child that went by those numbers anymore. "Maybe I should try blinding him with my smile... I only think that works on women though. Yeah, he's never been the brightest crayon in the box."

When she crossed her arms Fate knew that he was in trouble. He lowered his head and rubbed the back of his neck, waiting to plead his case. He raised his head slowly to see if she was finish with the scolding. Once he was sure he opened his mouth to speak. "But I'd hurt him. See! He's bleeding from the left side of his face now." He smiled as if that was going to make it alright that he jumped into danger. Now she wanted to talk to Hope. "Uh... Well, you could talk to him personally, but... I risk the chance of unlocking Glory... But ask away and i'll give you his true answer. I promise."

He wondered what it was she wanted to ask Hope and why she couldn't just ask him. Everything Hope knew Fate also knew. Her turn? Fate simply tilted his head to the side and crossed his arms as she transformed into a wolf and went into the fray. Didn't she just lecture him on danger? Yet she was doing the same thing... Fate would never fully understand women.

As Kasumi landed on his shoulders, RX-78 tried to grabbed her, but failed. He could barely feel her teeth against his tough skin. He snickered again. "A mut is nothing to a beast!" He really wasn't worried about the girl now. Her attack proved useless for the time being. He take out Fate before he had another chance to injure him. As he stepped forward he realized that she was now picking at his wounds. He spun to get the girl off of him. "PERSISTENT! Are you so desperate to me your end so soon?"

Fate didn't have as much electricity stored now. He would have to wait some time before he could use another powerful attack He could have absorb electricity from the hospital, but that would cause the hospitals machine to flicker between on and off. He didn't want to risk the chance of any innocent people getting hurt. Then Fate had an idea. He didn't know why he didn't realize this to begin with. He sighed, knowing this was going to put him in more danger, but it was the only way. As RX-78 was distracted by Kasumi, Fate moved in charging electricity into both of his hands. He placed his hands on his back, shocking him. RX-78 winced a little, but quickly turned to plant his right fist into Fate. Fate quickly ducked, but was met with the beast's knee. He was hit in the chest this time and it sent him sliding back a few feet. His breathing had got heavy and he could feel it coming up. The blood. He doubled over in my pain before falling to his knees, coughing up a little blood. "Tch! I guess I should have held back a little."

Damn! We can't take hits like that! You're stating the obvious again. I wouldn't be statin' the obvious if ya don't get hit. Well, we might get hit a few more times Ya gonna give her a heart attack. He raised his hand, giving Kasumi the thumbs up, to assure her that he was alright.

[Kasumi]

Kasumi laughed a bit at Fate's comment and shook her head. "Yeah, I believe that only would work on females. It would be strange if it worked on a male. It's amazing though that you still try to act normal even in danger. It's not exactly the best thing to do, but not thinking of consequences seem to fit you. So, do me another, okay?" She said with a smile as she crossed her arm behind her back. "I don't want you to change."

"But I'd hurt him. See! He's bleeding from the left side of his face now." [/u]

He then smiled, but she stayed in the same stance she was in. "That's true, he is bleeding, but you could also be bleeding right now if he had hit you..." She told him calmly. He then told her she could talk to him, but that would increase the risk of Glory getting free. "I see.. Well fudge. I guess this'll work either way, as long as you do tell me what he says.." She looked up at Fate's head, as if they would help at all. "Hope, what happens if Fate uses his power too much? He seems tired after he made RX-78's face bleed.. Does something happen? Will Glory get out?" She asked, kind of feeling stupid, but wasn't really caring at the moment.

"A mutt is nothing to a beast!"[/u]

Did he.. Just call me a mutt?! This seemed to agitate her even more than earlier, even more than when she was called "demon" and not in a good way, even though it was what she is. Being called "mutt" was new to her and she didn't like it. She was going to try something new now, something she didn't try before, which was use fire in wolf form. To her surprise, it was working, for fire began form. Haha! The fire swirled being her and she made it turn into a spear-like whip thing. He then began to spin and she flew off, but landed on all fours. Just in time too, for Fate had put his hands on RX-78's back and shocked him. Taking this for advantage, she shot her spear-thing straight for the wound on his face and when it went through, it made it spread, hoping to make the wound bigger.

RX-78 then tried Fate, but he dodged it, but then got hit by his knee. He then fell to his knees and coughed up blood, which made her eyes widen. "Fate!!" she ran over to him, but stopped half way when he gave her a thumbs up. She clenched her hands together and a fire wall appeared behind her. "Don't act like you're okay!! You just coughed up blood for God's sake!" She finished walking over to him and put her back to him. "Now it looks like I'm the one failing to protect you. That's going to change though, so sit there and rest. If you fight right now I am not going to be happy with you, got it? It's my turn to protect you!" Faint tears were appearing in her eyes, but since it was raining it was difficult to tell. She hated seeing him hurt and he just made it worse by acting as if he was fine.

He looked at her and smiled. She didn't want him to change. Truth be told he didn't want to change either. That was one of his worst fears. Losing himself. So not changing was something that he could easily do for her. "Well, this is my favorite shirt, but I believe I need to change so I won't smell..." He paused for a moment, "I won't ever change. That's a promise." He only hope that he could keep that promise.

He lowered his head again as she told him he could have been hit too. That was true, but it was bond to happen in a fight. He looked back up at her when she asked her questions. They were simple. Easy to answer. "Nothing happens... I just drained a lot of my energy with that attack. It's going to take a while to regain that back. I could use an electricity source, but the only one near is this hospital and I can't do that. Their may be people inside who really need this power source to live. As for Glory, I have him locked away completely. The only way he can get control of me is me letting my emotions get the best of me... Especially in a fight." Many people wondered how Fate could stay calm in situations like this. He had to. If he didn't he could lose himself.

RX-78 really wasn't paying attention to their conversation, but when they mentioned the personalities an eye brow raised. "Personalities... Right. Hope and Glory aren't personalities." As the fire spear hit him in the face he winced in pain. How could such insects cause him pain. He held his hand over his wound, but still had that devilish grin upon his face. He laughed loudly at the pain Fate was trying to endure and at Kasumi for being worried about him. So be it. If the girl wants to fight me alone i'll be glad to oblige."

Fate looked at Kasumi. He would had said something, but now all he could focus on was breathing. He wasn't going to let her fight him alone. He couldn't. If it wasn't for him she wouldn't be caught in this situation. He slowly tried to push himself to his feet only to fall backwards to the ground, gasping for air for a moment. He looked up to the sky, letting the rain his his face. "B-Be....Care--ful." He just have to believe in her for the time being.

"Such a pity. He's a weapon. He may not look as beastily as I do, but he's no different then I. He may look innocent, but he's far from it. He has you fooled. Just as he fooled Christian Lingod. That's what makes him the most deadly weapon of us all."

[Kasumi]

Kasumi returned the smile as he looked at her with a smile. When he said he'd have to change his shirt so he wouldn't smell, she rolled her eyes but still smiled. "I do prefer for you to be clean and be nice smelling. You could always wear string cologne, but having a stronger sense of smell, you'd probably end up gagging me." She said with a laugh. When he promised her he wouldn't change, she grabbed his hand and held it between hers. "Yay!" She exclaimed as she closed her eyes and smiled happily.

She stared down at him still, waiting for a response as he looked up at her. She nodded as he answered. "I see.. You could always leave for a bit and get some, but of course, I doubt fat ass over there would let you.." She said as she shot a glance at RX-78. She had multiple names she could call him that were all pretty much names a child would say, but still. "Let's try not to get worked up then, okay? It's be interesting to see one of your other personalities, but Glory doesn't sound kind... Not like you and Hope." She turned her attention back to RX-78 as he said Hope and Glory weren't personalities. "If they aren't personalities, then what are they supposed to be? Figments of his imagination?" Technically, that kind of what a split personality was, it was all just in the original person's mind. It was a mental disorder. It was rare case, but that didn't matter.

An evil grin was plastered on RX-78's face and he laughed, which made her twitch a bit.

"So be it. If the girl wants to fight me alone I'll be glad to oblige."[/u]

"Alright then." Kasumi said as she looked up at him and her hands went to flame. "Me..First!" She said as she threw a fire fist in his stomach. Fate then stood up and fell back, making her turn around quickly. "Hey! Don't move! Just sit here.. I'll be careful, I promise." She said as she ran off and picked up a box on the roof and set it beside Fate, lifting him up high enough for him to be against the box.

"Such a pity. He's a weapon. He may not look as beastly as I do, but he's no different then I. He may look innocent, but he's far from it. He has you fooled. Just as he fooled Christian Lingod. That's what makes him the most deadly weapon of us all."[/u]

Kasumi clenched her teeth again tightly. She lashed fire at him again. "Shut up! He hasn't fooled anyone and he isn't dangerous!! If he was he wouldn't have let that kid from earlier get hit and I can guarantee you that if he was dangerous, I wouldn't be here as well as many other pedestrians in Jump, so stop saying that! He's nothing like you and he's not a weapon! He's a person and he has a name!!" She yelled loudly at RX-78 as she continued to lash more fire at him.

He laughed slightly at her. "I'll pass on the cologne. I rather bathe and smell great naturally." He winked and smiled. As she grabbed his hand and held it between her's he chuckled. This was seriously not the time for this type of stuff so he found it funny.

He chuckled as Kasumi called him a fat ass. He had stop paying attention to all that RX-78 said until he mentioned that Hope and Glory weren't personalities. He had a feeling that it had something to do with him being the best candidate for SAPHYRE. "It really doesn't matter what they are. They're here now. I'll deal with them." He was actually scare to find the truth.

"I apologize. I should be more fluent with my words. But I spoke too much already. How about you ask one of those personalities? Better yet. I'll take you home and they can explain everything to you."

Everything was a blur to Fate. He felt like everything was traveling at high, intense speeds. He leaned against the box, blocking everything out. Even Hope's voice was fading. From what RX-78 said, Fate and Hope would be having a long talk after this. For now, he sat there, letting the rain brush against his skin. Kasumi was fighting for him. This wasn't fair at all. He felt useless just like the time he lost Christian. There was nothing he could do until it was too late. He tried to keep that memory away from his mind yet it always found its way back.

When she punched RX-78 in the stomach with her fire fist he let out a slight moan. It had hurt him, but he didn't care. "Do you not understand? As the fight goes on I continue to grow stronger! I have way more than enough power to crush you!" He raised his forearm to block the on coming fire. "I'll shut up if you can make me." He charged forward once again in his blind rage, letting the fire have at his body. He wasn't concern about it. She would have to do more than that to hurt him. "His name is 30-30/150! He and I are the same! You can't change that nor can he." He placed both of his hands above his head to make a hammer and slam it down upon the girl's body.

[Kasumi]

Kasumi just stood there as he laughed and said he'd pass on the cologne. "And smell great you do. I could easily pick your scent out of a full blown crowd. It's how I plan on tracking you down if you do end up being kidnapped from me, but as long as I can still stand, that's not going to happen." She told him smugly.

Kasumi listened as he said that it doesn't matter what Hope and Glory were, they were there and he would deal with them. Hm..From the sounds of it, Hope isn't much trouble, but I wonder how bad Glory really is and why is he bad? Being bad can cause major trouble, so much it can be a death situation and I remember when Fate and I first met, he said if he goes they all go, so why would he...? He doesn't make sense to me, but maybe Fate knows.. Either way, it doesn't matter right now and it's not something I should meddle with, it might be a sensitive subject for him.. She sighed a bit, but looked at RX-78 as he began to speak, sighed again and rolled her eyes. "Stubborn S.O.B..." She mumbled to herself. "How many times must it be mentioned? He's not going back, not now, not ever." She told him sternly, but smirked slightly as she heard him grunt from the fist she threw at him.

"Do you not understand? As the fight goes on I continue to grow stronger! I have way more than enough power to crush you!"[/u]

"Now you're just getting arrogant aren't you? Tsk tsk.." She said as she placed her hands on her hips and shook her head. She raised an eyebrow as he told her he would shut up if she could make him. "With pleasure." She said as she threw another spear at him, but it gradually missed because he charged forward again, making her unable to see him, but could hear him speak. "His name is Fate Lingod and he is nothing like you!" Her eyes widened as his hands, that was forming something like a hammer, was coming down for her. She made a shield, which probably wouldn't work because she watched Fate earlier make a shield and it happened to fail, but it gave her enough time to jump out of the way. Transforming again, she ran and jumped on RX-78's head. Lowering herself just enough to reach his eyes, she began to claw at them.

"Well, that isn't fair at all," He said, "What if we're playing Hide 'N' Seek. You'll find me in a heartbeat." It was nice to know that she would try to find him if he was ever kidnapped. Though he wouldn't want her to he had a feeling she would be stubborn and go anyway. I'd say she is persistient. Do you even know what that mean? ... No, but I that's what 78 keeps sayin'. Priceless. Just priceless.

"It will be mention until my end. Even if you were to defeat me other would come after 30/30-150. It's an endless battle that he can't win. It would be in everyone's best interest if he just come." He laughed as she called him arrogant. He felt he was far from it. He was a monster. A machine built for hunting experiments. "Arrogant... Please don't insult me." When his attack missed he snickered. It was only a matter of time before he catch her. As she transformed he laughed loudly. "The mut has come out to play the role of the guard dog. How sweet." He was already having a hard time seeing out his left eye thanks to Fate and now she was trying claw at them both. He reached up to grab her and throw her against the wall where the door lead to the inside of the building. "Be a good dog and just play dead!"

(Ah.XD You know I was kidding yesterday.....^^; Take time on your posts, idc, I just felt like giving you a hard time, sorry. ;] Speaking of being kidnapped, that'd be fun.XD Of course she won't allow it, so yeah..>.> XD It'd still be fun if he did sometime. =3)

Kasumi laughed a bit as he asked what if they were playing hide 'n seek. "I'll be sure to somehow clog my sense of smell if need be. Or, we could always play it when it's raining, it usually clears the land of scents.. Even now I can barely smell your scent." She told him as she looked down a bit, then looked up at the sky. "This would be a lot better if he wasn't here.." Of course, she was kind of referring to one of those times, like in a storybook where like a princess or something has a romantic time in the rain with the one they love. Okay, it's girly and everything and obviously she isn't that type, but being with someone can change some of that. Not much though.

"Looks like you and a lot of others will be losing their lives then, because he has no interest in going back and I have no interest in giving him to you..." Kasumi told him as she covered her ears when he laughed. He laughs too much dammit! "Well, you did said please, but I'm afraid that me not insulting you isn't gonna happen.."

Her ear twitched at the word "mutt" again and she began to claw harder. Damn bastard!! I'm not a mutt!! Kasumi snarled at him and sank her teeth in his head, but twitched at the taste and smell of his blood. Oh god he tastes horrible!!! She literally felt like crying at the taste, but bit harder and tore at his head, quickly spitting out any skin she drew up. She paused though as he grabbed her. Crap! I wasn't paying attention! The next thing she knew she was flying through the air, yelping loudly as her side hit the side of the door and she fell on her back. She went back t being human as she coughed and laid there for a few minutes, only turning her head when he told her to be a good dog and play dead. She glared and slowly stood up. "Sorry, but I don't do tricks for pricks like you.. If you want me to "play" dead, you're gonna have to kill me."
