It was about noon and inside a cave, in desert lands, slept a three fur-colored wolf. The most unusual colors, really. The wolf was Red, white and black. The wolf didn't even budge, it just stayed in it's one position, which was basically a ball. Like a dog sleeps in front of a fire place sometimes, or at the foot of his or her owner. Who is this wolf? Of course it's Kasumi!
Kasumi twitched a bit as she moved out of her scrunch, still sleeping. She had stayed up late last night, not to mention the side of her cheek hurt from where she was cut with a pocket knife last night, when she had met Will. It was awful late then too. She moved a paw up and moved her head as well.
"Come here!" Yelled a strange man. "No, I won't! Leave me alone!" Kasumi had yelled back at him. They continued to run down the side of the road, the alley she was at last night and turned the corner only to be met by the gang she saw. They smiled at her. [/i]"Hey pretty la-"[/i] Suddenly they were thrown back by something and this made the reality Kasumi twitch. The dream Kasumi looked up and squinted because of the light. It was Will and he had wings. W..Will? She felt a hand on her shoulder and turned to see the man, but he was knocked aside too, but not by Will. This time it had been Fate. "F, Fate!!? He just turned and smiled at her, and they both went and looked at Will. He was walking towards them and he had white wings that were torn up. Will!" She said as she walked over to him and examined his wings, but caught a glimpse of Fate still there and he just looked at them with hurt eyes. "Fate...?" He had run off without answering though. "Fate!" Will then passed out and she looked at him. She looked away, hurting as she ran away from Will but got stopped by the man before. He began to attack her and she began to scream for Will and Fate, neither of them coming since Fate was gone and Will was passed out.
The dream continued and the more it went on, the more Kasumi twitched. Her ears and feet twitched, as if she was trying to run from something, she seemed to be having some trouble too. She flipped around a bit and moved a lot. She even began to slightly whimper.

Zell finally shocked back to reality as she was walking. How did I get out here? I've been lost in thought ever since that incident in town. Back in town two guys jumped her and tried to mug her. She had nothing on her but she still fought back. She used her martial arts against them but then fled in fear of getting caught for beating someone up. She was a bit emotional mixed up because the night before she was yelled at for her hair color. She had been lost in a daze all day and night and finally came out of it. Well while I'm out here I might as well find shelter. She looked around and finally spotted a cave. She started to make her way over to the cave to rest her feet.
"I never would've known walking without knowing where you're going really makes your feet soar." She pulled herself into the cave and started to walk around. She turned around and saw a wolf laying on the ground and turned back around and began to walk. Wait a minute! She slung herself around and looked at the wolf again. EEP! There's a wolf just lying there! Hm, it looks like it's twitching. I wonder if it's having a dream. She looked at the wolf again and began to hear it start whimpering. She didn't want to wake up the wolf and get eaten but she felt bad for the wolf. "I wonder how this wolf would react if it were to wake up from a dream and all of a sudden see a person just standing here?" Zell sat down and watched the wolf and waited for it to wake up. She had smug smile on her face. Hmpf. Let's just see.

Kasumi continued to twitch, the dream continuing to get worse as it went on. The man, Fate and Will disappeared and now it was back in hr own memories of her clan when it was attacked. It was more like reliving the past, but seeing yourself in it and you can't do anything, or be heard. Really actually, she was kind of in a way reliving it. She saw everything, she could walk around and see everything that she didn't see before. She even got the face of the one who killed her mother. Even in her sleep, this pissed her off past extremes. The ground around her caught fire and swiveled around her, only getting worse and spreading more as the dream went on. Soon, it practically filled the whole cave. Despite this, her ear twitched as she heard a voice.
"I wonder how this wolf would react if it were to wake up from a dream and all of a sudden see a person just standing here?"[/u]
Kasumi' eyes popped open, but instead of them being yellow, let alone eyes, they were flames. She had begun to lose control and she didn't even know. She hadn't noticed yet, either. She pounced up and snarled at the girl threateningly, finally seeing the flames. Holding a paw up to her eye, she saw it light up, letting her know that her eyes were flames. No! Stupid girl! She just had to come in here even though there was a freakin' wild animal in here!! Is she stupid!!?? Kasumi growled, getting angry at herself and the girl, which wasn't helping. Jumping over some flames, she landed behind the girl as she grabbed the collar of her shirt neck, throwing her out of the cave and the flames. A little explosion went off, but she had transformed back into human and used her sun power to shield her, even though she wouldn't have got burnt. Good thing I was asleep, so it wasn't as bad as it would have been if I was awake.. Turning her attention to the gil, she walked out to where she was. "Dumb ass! What the hell do you think you were doing going in a cave with a sleeping wild animal?!"She interrogated angrily as she placed her hands on her hips, waiting for an answer from the girl.

Zell watched the wolf continue dreaming. Her twitching began to get worse. I wonder if she's having a really bad dream? I wonder what it's about? She continued watching and began to start feeling warmer. She watched the ground and fire began to circle around the wolf. "Huh, where is that coming from?" The fire began rising even more and she jumped up. She began to back up faster and faster but ran into the cave wall.
Suddenly the wolf woke up and jumped onto her. "Oof!" She gasped and looked at the wolf. She jumped up trying to get away from it but it grabbed her by the shirt collar and threw her outside the cave. She hit the ground and began rolling. She began coughing having the breath knocked out of her. "Man that hurt. What was that wolf's problem?" She stood up and began to brush herself off. A mild explosion went off and Zell turned around toward the cave entrance. Well too bad that wolf was caught in it.
"Dumb ass! What the hell do you think you were doing going in a cave with a sleeping wild animal?!"
She turned in the way the voice came from.
How did she? Wait I just saw a wolf and now this human girl. Wait, what's going on? Suddenly she grasped the girl's anger and narrowed her eyes. "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME!? WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!? YOU'RE THE ONE WHO WAS A WOLF AND THEN THIS STRANGE HUMAN, AND YOU'RE THE ONE WHO WAS CREATING FIRE OUT OF THE NO WHERE! AND WHAT WAS YOU'RE PROBLEM THROWING ME OUT OF THE CAVE LIKE THAT!? YOU COULD'VE BROKE MY NECK!" She folded her arms and turned around. "You're pretty rude aren't you. Just yelling at a stranger for no reason. It's not my fault my feet were telling me to rest. It's the same reason you were in that cave. I have to rest myself. You can't be selfish and say that cave belongs to you, because if you ask me I don't see a mailbox or a little welcome mat saying Welcome to my home if you don't want to get burned to a crisp when I'm in my dream mode and wake up on the wrong side of the bed and even possibly break your neck afterward and then yell at you for no reason what so ever, then don't come in." She turned around and looked at the girl. "What do you have to say for yourself fireball?" Zell turned her head and smirked a bit to herself.

Kasumi rolled her eyes, but it was a faint question, hardly heard over the flames, so didn't bother answering, figuring the girl wouldn't probably hear her.
"Man that hurt. What was that wolf's problem?"[/u]
She heard that loud and clear though. "My problem? My problem is is that some stupid girl came wandering into the cave I sleep in without even asking permission and the doesn't even bother to freakin' leave when a wild animal is sleeping or when the fire started!" Kasumi told her as she placed her hands on her hips. She rolled her eyes and looked to the side as she began to yell at her. "I threw you out of the cave so you wouldn't get burnt. I saved your ass, you're welcome!" She told her as she just looked back to the side as she began to yell at her again. "I'm rude? If you ask me, I'd say you're the rude one! Didn't even realize I just saved your worthless life. Anyway, your feet should tell you to rest somewhere else, because yes, that is my cave. I live there, thank you very much! I shouldn't need a place mat or mailbox to establish that." She said. She crossed her arms herself and glared at the girl.
"What do you have to say for yourself fireball?"[/u]
Kasumi twitched slightly. Did she call me fireball? She seriously just called me fireball? She just called me fireball!! "What do I have to say for myself? I have to say you complain a lot, snowball."

"Okay, okay. Geesh you don't have to get so upset about it. I went a little too far about it and I apologize so I don't really feel like being burned to a crisp today ok fireball." She patted the girl on the head not even thinking of her reaction.
"What do I have to say for myself? I have to say you complain a lot, snowball."
Zell just sat there and stared up at her blankly and bluntly. "Okay, really? Where did snowball come from? That is almost childish how you took it. Go on ahead and complain all you want red head." She turned smirking to herself a bit and began mumbling under her breath. "I mean it's not like I'll be listening or anything."
Not paying attention to anything that could have been said by the girl she began to walk around a bit. She kicked the sand a bit and began to go off in thought. I wonder what will happen if I go back into the city? I wonder if those guys would turn me in if I go back? I won't be found if I stay out here. Maybe, despite how much she probably hates me at the moment, if she'd let me stay here if I explain my story to her. She has to be at least a little kind. She didn't realize that she had been walking in a circle and finally tripped over her own two feet. "Hewlo my name is Zewliel!" She stood up and almost fell over again. "Man I'm dizzy." She looked over at Kasumi with a blank face. "So...uh...got any room in that cave that's probably as toasty as could be?"

Kasumi began to shake a little from her anger, and was then patted on the head by the girl. "Don't touch me!" She barked as she slapped the girl's hand away. She glared as she spoke again. "I got snowball from that hair of yours. What did you do, bleach it?" She asked, ignoring the other part of what she said. She clenched her teeth harder though, enough to bend metal, and her eyes flared orange as flames came out of her eyes, but she was too angry to notice. "Why would I waste my breath on someone like you anyway?! Worthless half-breed!" She yelled, not even really meaning it. Well, technically she was, but then she was also angry, so yeah. She even ignored the little voice inside that yelled at her to CALM THE HELL DOWN!
This girl pisses me off, she seriously pisses me off. Who could deal with someone like her? I couldn't! I'd poke myself in the eye or end up killing her myself! Or getting so pissed I'd burn down the town again and get banned, possibly killing her but if not I could always just throw her in the fire. Whatever, as long as she is gone! FOREVER! Kasumi's eyes were fire and she was still as pissed as ever, but she gave the girl a blank stare as she walked in circles, then fell and spoke, which she ignored. The girl stood up and then said she was dizzy and asked if Kasumi had room in her cave. That made her flare! "How dare you speak to me like that then ask for entr-AHH!!" She screamed as flames flew high into the sky. She looked at the girl and was really thinking she was going to regret doing this, but she placed her sun shield around Zell as the fire crept and enveloped the shield the girl was in and Kasumi. The girl vanished from her sight, but that didn't matter, she knew the girl was safe. She then began to try and gain control of the flames. Dammit! I let this girl get under my skin! I gotta stop this..! This continued on for a bit, but after awhile the flames finally died away, leaving a panting Kasumi on all fours. She was sweating, of course and panting hard, but she had a smile on her face. I did it, stopped the fire again before it got out of control, and no one was hurt...

She listened as the girl yelled at her each time. She was careful not to let anything get to her so she calmed herself each time she had said something. She knew she had did wrong by saying all that stuff. All she could do now is let the girl cool down, but that looks like that was going the exact opposite of what Zell had wanted. "I don't think you'll care much, but are you ok missy?" She stood there waiting for an answer but thought that the fire and her anger either blocked out her words or blocked out her hearing. She watched as fire arose in her eyes and Zell had to increase her breathing to keep herself calm. Is that girl okay? I want to go and cool her down but I'll just get burned.
Eventually the girl put a barrier around her and she panicked a bit not knowing what was going to happen. Her eyes were blinded by fire and that's all she could see. I wonder if that girl is alright. She sat there with a worried look on her face waiting for the fire to clear. When it finally died down she saw the girl on all fours. It hurt a bit but she ran through the barrier and ran over to the girl. She bent down to meet face level with the girl and put her hands on her shoulders. "Hey are you alright missy? You heated up there." Zell almost slapped herself in the face for that. HOW STUPID!! Of course she heated up, how else would she have fire rising from her body!? She looked at the girl waiting for her response. "Okay you might get a little mad at me for doing this and go on ahead if you do, but I really wanna try this." Zell pulled some water out of a nearby growth and splashed it on the girl and steam began to rise. "Ha! It worked!" She then allowed the girl to react any way she wanted. "By the way, Miss, my name is Zell. Zell Sham is the full name. I uh.... don't have anywhere to stay...... and uh I don't have any food." There seemed to be a moment of silence and a cold chilling breeze. "Look this is uh....my first time begging so I'm not very good at it hehe..."

This took Kasumi off guard. "W-why the sudden attitude change?!" She asked, but not as angry. The surprise question blew most of the flame out. Yet, the fire in her eyes, that she still hadn't noticed, remained. The girl's breathing then increased. "What's wrong with--" She noticed some bits of amber flying out, and she looked behind her to see if there was any fire, but none. It then occurred to her. My eyes! Her hands quickly covered her eyes and she could feel the heat emanating from them. Shit! I let this girl piss me off too much!
"Hey are you alright missy? You heated up there."[/u]
Kasumi looked up at the girl, sort of like she was a moron and sort of like she didn't care. "I'm fine.." she then grabbed the girl's arm, sort of afraid now. What if the girl was secretly an important person here and could banish anybody she wanted to? "I.. I didn't mean to.. I swear.. it was an accident.." she pleaded. If I get banished here as well, I'll never be able to see Fate or Will or anybody else I know here... I can't.. I don't want to.. "Please.. Don't make me leave here..." She asked, gripping the girl's arm tighter, but not hard enough for it to hurt.

Kasumi looked up at her and let go of her arms. What is she planning to do...? She watched as the girl pulled water out, and splashed her. Kasumi gave her a blank stare as she was amused from the steam rising from her. She rolled her eyes as fire enveloped her body in a moment, then dispersed with a dry Kasumi. "Are we done now?" She asked. The girl introduced herself as Zell Sham. "I see.. Kasumi Kaji, nice to meet you." She said with a half smile. Zell went n speaking, and she just listened. A breeze went by, but she ignored it. She stood up and looked at Zell. "You don't need to beg.. I suppose you could stay here for awhile, but I'm not used to having other people with me, and as you have witnessed I don't have full control over my powers.." She said as she rubbed the back of her head. "But I suppose if you absolutely want to, you can.. But, I don't have food either.. I get mine the old-fashioned way..."

Zell looked over a bit surprised and watched as the fire began to cool down along with her. "Hm?" She wasn't thinking much when she asked that. "Uh....well I guess I'm not one to stay angry.." She wasn't, she couldn't stay angry for longer then about a week. The longest she's ever been angry was a week. She was kind of pathetic in a way. She stared over at the girl tensing up seeing the fire in her eyes. She covered up her eyes and suddenly the fire vanished. It's a little bit more calming to actually see her eyes instead of fire. She sighed and looked over at the girl only to see her reaching toward her hands.
"I.. I didn't mean to.. I swear.. it was an accident.."
She looked down at her tight grip on her arms. "Eh!?"
"Please.. Don't make me leave here..."
She stared down at her face. She was a bit confused, but she would be pretty scared too if some stranger witnessed some freaky powers you had. She smiled. "Pfft! I'm not some scroungy, greedy money addict from the government that would get rid of you because I don't like you or anything like that. The only thing I'd be mad at you for is calling me snowball which really meant nothing to me. I just provoked you the rest of the time." She loosened the grip she had on her hands but finally she let go.
She saw the blank face she had on her face and watched as fire engulfed her. When it dispersed she was all dry. Exact opposite of me. I would get everyone wet.. She sighed and looked over as she began to talk again.
"You don't need to beg.. I suppose you could stay here for awhile, but I'm not used to having other people with me, and as you have witnessed I don't have full control over my powers.." "But I suppose if you absolutely want to, you can.. But, I don't have food either.. I get mine the old-fashioned way..."
She turned to face her way. She was trying to process the second part through her head. "That's fine I'm not used to people either...and by the old fashion way, do you mean hunting? WELL I CAN DO THAT I LOVE IT!!" She wasn't entirely sure that was what she meant but it was worth a shot.
