Attire | In generally, Maxxie wears clothes. He wears a black button down, usually with the top three buttons undone and his collar popped. He wears, on average, long purple cargo pants. He wears a black belt with a white belt buckle over his t-shirt where his belt loops would be. He thinks he just too gangster to wear a belt normally. He wears two purple sweat bands on his wrists. His shoes are black with blue zippers on the top.

Overall Personality | Maxxie is a normal person in emotions. When something makes him angry, he (inadvertently though it may be) uses his powers and causes earth quakes. However, when he is happy, he can't be blamed for any earthquakes. He's somewhat bipolar what with his ability to shift emotions at the drop of a hat if need be. Generally, though, Maxxie is a very nice person to be around.

SPECIAL 

Powers and Abilities | As an Earth Elemental, Maxxie has a special connection with the earth. Like all Elementals and their bonds with their element. He is able to shake the earth from it's core. It doesnt matter what type of earth (be it under water or three blocks down).

• He can't shake anything made 80%+ out of metal

History | At the age of 10, Maxxie was abandoned. His parents up and left because his powers were way too freakish for them to deal with. Since he was in Jersey, he really had no where to go. Jersey is a lame place, or it was when Maxxie left it. He left to travel cross country because he'd always wanted to see the States. He'd never been outside of Jersey so it was somewhat fun for him. However, it wasn't at the same time. He was slowly learning how to control his powers. However, he hadn't the faintest of ideas how to go about learning. Along the road, he made many screw ups and took many lives.

Finally, he reached a safe haven. A place where superheros or super freaks were not uncommon. But still, he was lonely and had no place to go. That was at age 15 and he had traveled for five years. And he was found. Although it wasn't by the type of person he would consider.... Positive toward his powers, he was glad for someone to take him in. Slade. Over the next two years, Slade taught Maxxie exactly how to utilize his powers. (Slade claimed to have had a student exactly like him but the girl was nothing like Maxxie. She could, apparently, move the earth. Maxxie could only shake the core of the earth's foundation, not move it.)

When Maxxie was ready (as per Slade), Slade sent the brunette 17 year old to infiltrate the Teen Titans, sending him into the streets as a beaten, bruised, and broken young man. (Yes, Slade beat him so he would be taken into the Teen Titans' group. He beat him only once, the night before Maxxie was to go to the Titans. He seemed to regret it because he never beat Maxxie but whose to say?)

That was how Maxamillion Cosmos met the Teen Titans. He was found by Beast Boy and has (despite it being a facade) always been grateful to the green dude. He requested his own room at the Titans' headquarters that was a hefty addition to the room he had a Slade's and his own apartment in the crappy part of town.

OTHER 

Anything Else | Hm... There's nothing else really........... Yup.

Sample RP | Maxxie glanced out the window, sipping his tea. He was sitting in a cafe across the street from a large hotel. It was a five star hotel if the huge limousines and butlers were anything to judge by. He needed to get some practice in. He was slowly gaining control of his powers but he really hadn't the faintest of ideas as to what he was doing. It really made no sense about how he could control the earth and whatnot. The last town he'd been in, he'd accidentally caved the top floor of a hospital in. He'd gone sort of over board and that was something he wanted to control.

This time, he promised himself, he would only make the hotel shake, nothing more. He ran his fingers through his hair quickly, his gaze on the hotel. And, too his shock and horror, the top floors came tumbling down, followed by nearly half of the hotel. All around him, people shot to the windows, yelling in surprise. All the while, Maxxie had smacked his face harshly, sighing in annoyance at his own stupidity.

"Ah, crap," he muttered.
