Attire | Kenshin is a very feminine looking guy that isn't very tall and is very lean. He has a cross shaped scar on his left cheek given to him in the past. He has big purple eyes most of the time. When he's angry or in battosai mode his eyes narrow and become slanted turning an amber color. He normally wears a pink/red kimono top with white kimono bottoms that are very flowey. He has a creamy skin color. His bangs cover somewhat of his eyes.

Overall Personality | Kenshin is a very kind man. Despite his past he doesn't try to worry about it and thinks mostly of the positives all the time. He has a very innocent nature and doesn't like to harm anybody. He is very good with children and loves to be around them. He always tries to talk someone out of doing something bad. He doesn't like to see people get hurt and tries his best to prevent that. He doesn't like losing his control to the battosai in his heart from his past but only does so when he is angry or feels as though he needs to, which is not very often. He is very formal with people, even if they are evil most of the time. He is completley against killing and carries a sakabato (reverse blade sword) around his waist at all times for that purpose. He tries to conclude stuff without a fight as often as possible.

SPECIAL 

Powers and Abilities | Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu Style- This form of sword art is an ancient form and is about having god-like speed while fighting and attacking. Normal people most of the time never sees the attack in motion. Kenshin uses this type of fighting that he learned from his master, Hiko Seijuro.
Sakabato- His reverse blade sword he uses to fight with. The blade is backward so when he fights people he doesn't kill them, he only breaks bones and just enables people to fight sometimes.
Sensing- Kenshin is able to sense stuff very easily. He uses his opponents emotions to predict what they are going to do next. He is able to sense danger about to happen fast and easily so he can protect people much more easier.

History | Kenshin Himura was originally born as Shinta. His parents died from an illness at young age so he had the people he traveled with as his family. A team of bandits attacked them and killed every single person he was traveling with. He was about to be killed next but a man named Hiko Seijuro came along and killed all the bandits, saving him. The next day Shinta had burried every single person killed that night and Hiko Seijuro came and saw this. Shinta had made three graves special for the three women that tried to protect him the night before and Hiko Seijuro renamed Shinta to Kenshin and told him he would teach him Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu style. Years past and at the age of 14 Kenshin left his training to join the Imperialist army to help end the war. He killed a man and recieved a scar going up and down on his left cheek. Later on that night he met a girl named Tomo who saw him murder someone. Kenshin cared for the girl and eventually he and the girl had to leave and pretend to live as husband and wife to escape from trouble in the town. They lived together for quite some time and they eventually fell in love. Tomo never told him though that the man he killed and recieved the scar from was her soon to be husband. Eventually she forgot about the incident and they fell in love. Kenshin purposed to her and they were going to get married soon. The next day a plot was made against Kenshin, claiming he had gone soft and was no longer able to be "Hitokiri Battosai". They planned to assassinate him and Tomo was a part of their plan. She was lured into a trap to tell them not to kill Kenshin and Kenshin came after thinking that she was only trying to kill him. He was torn between his betrayal of her and his love for her, not being able to decide whether or not he could kill her. This weakended him greatly and he was beat up greatly along the way. Finally he met up with the man behind the whole plan and fought him. Tomo knowing Kenshin couldn't win jumped in the way of the attack and Kenshin stabbed her. He held her in his arms and she used her knife to create another scar on his face going left to right forming a cross shaped scar. Kenshin decided to finish up the war before ending all the blood shed. He fought the Shinsengumi many times in this point. His sword creater, Shakku, had created a reverse blade sword for Kenshin as he was about to leave the war for good and become a wonderer. Shakku had hired a guy to take place for Kenshin and became the battosai's succesor. Kenshin from that point on became a wonderer and traveled for 10 years before meeting someone named Sanosuke Sagara. Him and Sanosuke fought and Kenshin beat Sanosuke and helped Sanosuke overcome most of his bitterness for the government. They have been best friends ever since and live together in an empty dojo.

Sample RP | Kenshin almost jumped a bit as he saw the birds fly in front of his eyes. He had been thinking about one of his past battles from the Shinsengumi. He shook his head a bit. "It's been forever since something like that has crept into my mind. I bet it's nothing though." He was sent out to get some food for that night. Tofu and some meat was all they needed. He looked around at the street markets. "It's not very easy to find Japanese food as often as it used to be. I wonder why that is?" He put his head down and watched his feet. Suddenly he stopped and gasped. "My shoe! Noo!" He bent down and messed with his shoe. "It's broken.." He pouted a bit but decided just to deal with it. He began to walk along the sidewalk. Maybe I should get some shoes while I'm out...then again I'm only supposed to get food. I don't want to go back with new shoes and got him nothing, but he does like food.. He looked back up and watched as a mother held on to her child's hand. The child was crying from falling down. She had a scrape on her knee. He sighed and looked over to see an ice-cream stand. "Sano wouldn't get too mad over me buying one other thing, now would he.." He went over and bought and ice-cream cone and walked over to the little girl and her mother. "Shh, shh, it's ok Kassie. When we get home I promise you we'll put a bandaid on it okay?" He smiled and walked over. "Hello, excuse me ma'am. I couldn't help but notice this little girl crying. Maybe I could help her out until you get home." He held out the ice-cream cone to the girl and she smiled and laughed and took it. She thanked him with a hug and he patted her on the head. "Thank you sir, that was very kind of you." "No problem, I love children. I don't like it when the cry, that I don't." She smiled at him and they walked away. He smiled back and heard his stomach growl. "Well I better hurry up and get back home before my stomach eats me." He sped up his pace toward the store.
