Attire | The Quiet is a young boy. He's thin and fit. His skin is a tan mocha color. Generally he wears either all white or black, sometimes mixing black and white. His style is kinda preppy. He only wears dress shirts and slacks, but he wears them with black work boots. He sometimes wears ties and almost always wears suspenders and a belt. He sometimes wears an overcoat and a fedora as well.

Overall Personality | The Quiet tries his best to be a polite, good boy. He cares about people, and hates violence. He has a childish sense of Justice, but doesn't mind losing. He tries to be kind and thoughtful. He's a bit soft spoken at times, except when he knows he is right and can help someone. He loves to help people, and finds fulfillment in helping others become happy. He has a lot of compassion and sympathy. He's tries to remain patient and understanding. He is very shy, and rarely speaks. When he does, he stutters often. He generally tries to hide behind his bangs and his hands and arms when he can. He'll do this by bring up his hand cover his mouth for no reason, or perhaps he'll fidget with his hands in front of his face. He often has his arms crossed, or holds his left wrist with his right arm, in front of him. What he hates most of all is hating things. If someone wrongs him, he will probably become upset and want revenge, but instead of seeking it out, he will seek a way to forgive that person. He has an open mind and loves to understand things. He is resourceful and has a strong will, even if he can't express it to well. He won't be beaten down easily or give up. He's very passionate. Even though this can be a problem because of his powers, he can't live his life holding himself back.

Monk's Martial Arts Training: The Quiet has been trained in martial arts by monks who practice the Ausamatu Style. The focus is on self defense, and avoiding killing the opponent. “I don't fight to kill,” -The Quiet. Defending against weapons with bare hands, is the main focus. It has been said that 'Those who are armed are like animals who normally feed on the unarmed and that Ausamatu Style Practitioners are an animal higher on the food chain who feed those who are armed'.
Quietly Listen: The Quiet is an Empath and can read and sometimes share the feelings of others. He will only share feelings if he has a strong personal connection, whether that connection be love or hate it doesn't matter. He is not a mind reader, and cannot read specific thoughts. He can't project his thoughts either, though he can try to project his feelings, but this can be confusing because the person who receives these feelings might confuse it with their own. For example, if he is afraid and projects this feeling to a friend, the friend would feel afraid, and wonder what it is he or she is afraid of or being threatened by. The amount of feeling has dictates how difficult or how easy it is to feel, project and read. The more intense the feeling, the easier it is to project and pick up on.

If someone has a good relationship with The Quiet, he can boost their powers, making them stronger or more effective. Not all people are affected, but most generally will be. History | Leonard was born into a family that practiced an ancient style of martial arts and mysticism. The Ausamatu Style was once illustrious and prominent, but as technology increased, many things mystical and supernatural declined. The Ausamatu Style is practiced mainly by monks. They believe in peace above all else, but train the body as well for health reasons and in the name of self preservation. The amount of practitioners of the Ausamatu Style had been dwindling for ages, and now only one monastery remains in the Philippines. Because of the small community with in the Ausamatu Order, there are few young people with in the culture. So those who do not find love with in the community must go out into the world and begin a family there. They are encouraged to return with their families, but many do not and instead settle down elsewhere. Leonard's mother was born into this culture. She left home to find love, and decided to look for it while backpacking through Europe. It was a wonderful experience for her, but she found all the different cultures overwhelming and being alone, she was a bit alienated, but there she met a man who's mother was from Japan, but who's father was from England. They both looked 'Asian', and because of that it was easier to speak to one another. Their relationship grew from there and they were married three years later. Wyndre convinced Kenji to move to her home land, and to practice the Ausamatu Style.
It had been a decade since someone had left to start a family and actually returned. When Wyndre first became pregnant, it was decided. The Order was dying, and needed something to boost it's standing with in the world. And so they began preparations for an ancient and forbidden ceremony. Originally, The Ausamatu Style was once responsible for slaying these demons and their worshipers. Over the span of many, many decades information on the occult and the mystical world were gathered. Many rituals and ceremonies to summon Demons were discovered and documented. Eventually the monks theorized that using similar rituals, divine in nature, it might be possible to summon an Angel, though it was never successfully accomplished, often ending in tragedy. Eventually the monks decided that the loss of life was not worth it to attempt to summon an Angel and all research into the ritual was abandoned.
The ceremony to summon an Angel was what the monks were deciding to attempt at the time of Leonard's birth, and he would be the focus of the ceremony. During Leonard's birth, the monks performed the ritual, calling the spirits to bestow on the newborn child the spirit of an Angel.
To this day, it is not known if it had succeeded, but from an early age Leonard displayed his usual powers. His parents both raised him, along with the monks and eventually a second child was born. The four lived in the monastery with the other practitioners of the Ausamatu Style. Leonard was hailed as a prodigy for his abilities and brought great hope to the monks. Most believed that the ceremony was a success. Although some believe that a demon was born, and openly resented Leonard. When Leonard was 14 the monks prophesied that the world would need him. Their visions were vague, but disturbing. He was sent from his home with all the teachings and wisdom the monks could bestow onto him in the time he spent there. In his travels he learned of the 'Teen Titans' and decided to seek them out.

Sample RP | The Quiet's naïve eyes peaked out from underneath his bangs. In front of him he saw a big bustling city with a Giant T shaped building on an Island in the bay. He leaned on the handrails of the ship, taking in the breath taking sight. He was filled with anxiety and excitement, but so was everyone on the ship and he didn't need his powers to figure that out. He noticed the crowd around him getting emotional, and began to feel guilty. Worried that he'd start to make the others begin to feel guilty and worried, he decided to try and find some place where he could be alone. He retreated from people as usual, and found the seats bellow deck to mostly be empty. Everyone was upstairs taking in the sight. He sighed heavily, and try to enjoy the view from one of the ship's side windows. Jump City... this is how he faced this world, cowering in the shadows.
