Hair Color and Style |Black hair in his younger form, and it is combed down formally. He has the same style for his older form but it is gray hair. Hair isn't noticeable in armor form but is the same as young form.

Attire |Elder Form: Judges tends to have a black or dark colored suit on in this form. He usually has white or gray gloves on and a simple top hat or a formal hat to wear. He also has a cane with him as he walks.
Youth Form: He wears a formal blue jacket that is buttoned/zipped up and blue pants with black shoes. At his side is a single katana blade which is in a black sheath.
Armor Form: Encased in silver armor the Judge has 3 different weapons he can summon and two swords he carries on his back.

Overall Personality | The Judge is a very cunning and talented gentlemen. Although sometimes perverted and idiotic he is very intelligent and capable of getting out of most dangerous or awkward situations with his talkative nature. He also is very perceptive and can do a decent job and figuring out a person within a good hour or so of talking to them. He is far from perfect and sometimes will over analyze something. But easily he will talk his way out of mistakes he makes. But he does own up for them and will fix them in most situations.
Towards friends and allies Judge is a very calm and easy going fellow. He can be very sarcastic and a joker but he has no ill will toward his friends and the like. Towards enemies who cruel he will be stone cold and very serious. With the exception of female enemies who he will flirt with shamelessly. Well, he flirts with all females most of the time. Judge at the moment does not have a love interest but acts like the type who isn't into having one. But under his sarcasm and flirtations he is looking for someone to match their yin with his yang, the beauty to his beast, the Chae Lim to his K', the Heidern to his Kusanagi.

Powers and Abilities |
Form Transformation: The Judge has the power to switch between three forms (Young male, elder male, armor male) at will. While all three forms have their weakness they also have their strengths. The catch for the transformations is once he goes into one form he must wait 30 minutes to an hour before going into the next form depending on the energy used in his current form.
Elder Form:While not to powerful or sneaky like his younger forms, the elder form of The Judge is the wisest of the forms. He is also the most cunning and in a sense the most dangerous. The elder form is able to hide his power and energy level due to being much older and weaker. But if attacked the cane he carries on him as a sword hidden within. The Judge being a man who is excellent at formal swordplay can handle his own against many opponents, but isn't to fast in moving speed.
Youth Form: A bit more stronger and a whole lot faster, the youth form is a master swordsman and has the endurance and ability of a man in his prime. Although not as wise as the elder for or as strong as armor form, the youthful Judge has a very high speed that borders inhuman. Combined with his other powers the youthful judge form is one of the deadlier forms.
Armor Form: Lacking speed and not to bright, the armor form was made for pure combat and power. Armed with 4 weapons (one axe and three swords) the armor from is when Judge needs to deliver beat downs. His armor is resistant to most energy and elemental damage with some obvious exceptions. With strength beyond that of any human and some androids, the armor form is meant for multiple enemy combat.
Ki Manipulation: Can shoot energy attacks large and small.
Sword Master: Is very adept in a sword and can beat almost any amateur opponent and even skilled opponents.
Pyrokinesis: Can manipulate fire.
Martial Artist: Knows a bit of fighting from the Kame Style Techniques. (Kame style relies on mind being one with body. But in general its basic karate with a few special techniques.

History | The Judic clan are judges of peace and virtue throughout the galaxy. At a young age each clan member is given a vast amount of knowledge and power and sent to a portion of the galaxy to become it's judge. Some become regular courtroom judges while others become rulers. Judge's father was considered one of the strongest Judic's in 1000 years of the clan's existence. And when the Judge was born they expected nothing less of the son of a great warrior. But some had doubts due to Judge's mother being a human mother, but those were silenced when Judic was born with an extremely powerful life force.
The Judge is a member of the Judic clan but has bloodline elsewhere. This is because his father ,who had work on planet Earth, met the human woman Leona and he fell madly in love. This meeting gave birth to a son they would simply name Judge. When Judge was sent home for clan training and his powers he was unsure what it would be like to receive his powers or to receive the training to become an 'all-knowing' judge. Once training was over and he received his powers of transformation he knew what his destiny was and changed his name to 'The Judge' ( due to his ego he felt adding The would make him cooler). Sent to Earth like his father Judge traveled the land doing many different kinds of work in the Justice system. Most of his work was in the United States up until he reached Jump City. Now he begins his work in the city with many villains but also many heroes.

Sample RP | The man formerly known as Kevin Nash quietly waited at the stand. He knew the case was not in his favor and this Judge wasn't the type to be bribed or threatened. So he hoped that if shut up and went through with the trial the Judge wouldn't give Kevin life in prison, or the death penalty. Besides he didn't mean to blow up the building, he was trying to shoot down the guy who was running off with his money. Unlucky for Kevin he shot a gas pipe. He sighed as the Judge walked in, which was odd considering that was his name: The Judge.
"Now Kevin you are charged with 45 counts of involuntary manslaughter, possessing an unlicensed gun and all around being a hater. How do you plead?" the Judge asked calmly knowing well how this would end.
"Guilty, sir." was the calm response.
"Very well, all things considered I'm deciding a new punishment. You only get 40 years of jail, but, when you get out you must allow the families of the victims to beat you up with rubber baseball bats for an hour." he said quietly deciding to make things interesting. The jail time was the correct amount but the ass kicking after was just an extra 'don't screw up next time' message. "Case dismissed." he said quietly as he hit the gavel and stood. Although the defendant looked saddened he probably felt a lot better than if Judge had given him death. All things aside, the Judge had a bad feeling about today as he scratched his chin. I hate being in this old man form. But it is for me to do work. Judge thought as he slipped on a jacket for the outdoors. "No to go stop stereotypical criminals." he grumbled sensing a disturbance downtown as he left the courthouse, ignoring all the reporters following him.
