Hair color and style | Just above shoulder length, short spiky blond hair with a bit of a side fringe.

Weight |She has a light athletic, pixie-like build but is slightly heavier than expected. 50Kg or so.
Attire | Kira is rather on the short side with shoulder length, spiky blond hair and brown eyes. Her powers have altered her otherwise normal human form. Her teeth look normal but in reality they are as sharp as fangs. Her nails are naturally black and are as hard as claws. Kira has to wear a pair of brown gloves to protect the world from the nails which are sharp enough to cut through steel with only a small amount of pressure. Kira usually wears a brown tan jacket with dark brown patches on her shoulders. The jacket had been her mothers before she died and is the only thing of her parents Kira has. Kira also wears a thin white T-Shirt or black V-neck under the jacket. She wears slightly baggy dark brown cargo pants and combat boots.

- Is constantly full of energy, seeming to survive on a maximum of 4 hours sleep a night.
- Has picked up alot of tendencies from growing up mainly as a Wolf. She is just as happy being alone as being with friends. She tends to eat only extremely rare steak. She bounces more than she walks. And when she grins, it can only be described as 'Wolfishly'.
Overall Personality | Kira has some odd quirks due to her upbringing. she is bouncy and energetic practically all the time. She needs to go for a run at least once every two days or the cabin fever starts to set in and the other titans should probably stay clear if they want to keep their limbs. The wolf in her loves the raw meat, Kira prefers at least some brief exposure to a flame. They compromise with lots of rare steak. Kira tends to judge a person by how they smell. Like most animals she can gain insights into a persons true nature from their scent. Kind, brave and friendly people smell very different from evil doers.
SPECIAL
Powers and Abilities | Is able to transform partially or wholly into a wolf. In wolf form Kira is slightly bigger than a large cart horse, her senses are way heightened so that she can hear, see, and smell far better than any known creature. She is stronger and faster than any known animal. In her normal human form Kira has senses that are far stronger than a normal human, but not as powerful as her senses in wolf form. She also has reflexes much faster than a normal human. As a wolf Kira has also developed the ability to communicate to other animals.

- Kira is not just simply a girl who can transform into a giant Wolf. She and the Wolf's consciousness are two separate entities inside Kira's head. Most of the time Kira is the one in control, but not all the time. The smell of blood will ignite the Wolf's blood lust, driving it into a frenzy trying to take control from Kira so that it can extract it's bloody urges. Most of the time Kira manages to fight the Wolf down, but occasionally it gets out. Several people usually die as a result. The Wolf it's self is actually quite smart, almost equal to a human. This means it can be quite devious in it's ways of trying to take control from Kira.
- Kira grew up spending most of her time running through a forest, as such the notion of not being able to run free like that absolutely terrifies her. Simply spending more than 2 days indoors will make her so jumpy that she has been known to accidentally maul people. Call it claustrophobia if you will. The mere sight of a cage sends chills along her spine.
- Whilst Kira has super speed, strength, senses, etc. She is not invincible. Blades, bullets and things which can cut through flesh easily hurt her. However against poisons, tranquilizers, electric shocks etc she has a very high resistance.

- Is very skilled at stealth, but also in battle. Excels in hand to paw combat; her favorite fighting form is when she has the basic structure of a human, but has wolfy forearms, legs and claws, jaws, ears and eyes.

History | Kira was raised by her brother Kael as her parents died when she was very young. Kael spent majority of his time working so he could afford to raise Kira so Kira was left home alone most of the time. naturally Kira made the most of her freedom and grew up practically wild. she would change into her wolf form and run through the forest for days with out stopping. Kael has this power to transform as well. Kira's powers don't come without a price however. if she ever merges fully with the wolfy instincts inside of her she becomes the wolf, a lethal, primeval force of animal fury. this only happened to Kira once when she was still just a small child. she was running through the forest and tripped over her overly big paws and fell into a hunters trap. the one thing Kira fears more than anything else is to be caged. it would kill her. she got more and more panicked and almost without realizing it she merged with her inner wolf. the trap was destroyed in moments, any life form in her fleeing path was torn to shreds before they even registered her presence. Kira was on a path of complete and utter destruction. the only thing that ended up stopping her was Kael. he stepped into her path and did nothing as she attacked him. it was only when Kira sunk her teeth into her brothers shoulder and tensed to tear his arm off did she realize what she was doing. she came back to her senses and vowed to never let the wolf take control again. soon after this Kira went to school and found out just how hard this promise would be. it was at school that she first smelt the blood of a human. it sent the inner wolf's urge to kill into overdrive. Kira only just avoided killing the child and revealingly her powers by running home. Kira strives everyday to be more like her brother. he just seems to be to perfect! he is kind, caring and willing to sacrifice anything for Kira.
At age 16 she moved to America and joined the Teen Titans. Since then she has lapsed back into the wolf only twice more, killing 5 people. She was only stopped by enough tranquilizer to down 8 elephants. Now she carries a small dart full of the drug with her everywhere she goes so she can stop herself if she ever loses control again. It was actually during one of these 'episodes' that Kira met the Teen Titans. It was the first time she had lost control in this country and the Wolf was rampaging through the local mall. As the Wolf bounded out of the Starbucks the Titans found her. 3 hours, several deaths and enough tranquilizers to bring down a heard of elephants, later the Wolf was finally brought down. As soon as it fell asleep Kira regained control. It wasn't until later that night when she woke up in the Titans med bay restrained to the table that Kira realized what she had done. She explained her situation to the Titans and they agreed to help her. Kira told them how rare it was for her to lose control, and the Titans saw the potential in her powers, thus Kira became a Titan. Things tend to get a bit tense at the tower whenever Kira is in a bad mood, all the Titans know it's only by a major effort of willpower that Kira keeps the monster inside her at bay and none want to see it out again. This is partially why the Titans set Kira up with a room at the tower almost immediately. It is much easier to contain her in the tower than it is when she's out in the open. Then there's also the fact that Kira destroyed her flat the first time she went Wolfy in Jump city. It was a win win situation for all when Kira moved in.
OTHER
Anything Else | Kira can transform into the wolf form without letting the wolf take over. If she allows hers and the Wolf's consciousness to merge however she becomes a killing machine, pure primeval animalistic fury is the only thing she will see. She tends to kill by spilling as little blood as possible, just to be on the safe side.

)With a grin Kira bounced to her feet.
"My turn." She chirped happily and skipped over to press the 'big red button' that made the robots go.
As the robots started up Kira readied herself by transforming into fighting form. With a wolfy grin and blood churning snarl she leaped into the middle of the circle of 8 bots.
The bots had been programed to know that they stood a better chance if they attacked together, so as one they brought their blades down at Kira.
Kira solved the problem by spinning on the spot with her claws outstretched. Her deadly claws sliced through the blades of the bots as though they were nothing more than cheese.
With a laugh she launched herself into a complicated series of acrobatic maneuvers.
She sliced the first bot open from the tip of its head to the bottom of it's feet. She then spun on her hands and struck out at the next bot with her feet. The claws on her toes slicing the bot's head from it's shoulders.
Kira landed on her feet and thrust her right arm at the next bot, her claws out. With a sickening crunch she punched straight through the bots armor and out the other side with a rather important piece of machinery in her hand. Kira jerked her hand back out and the bot fell in a crumpled heap on the floor, its brain still working but its body not obeying.
Kira then leaped up and did a back flip crossed with a twist that made her land facing the bot opposite the one she just destroyed. Without hesitation she grabbed the bot by its shoulders and sunk her fangs into its neck before jerking them back out. If the bot had been human she would of just ripped out the humans throat. The bot fell to the floor and Kira turned on the remaining 4.
She grinned wolfishly and let the transformation take her fully as she leaped on the defenseless bots. Her front paws each crushed a bot under her immense weight. The third bot she tore in half with her massive jaw. The fourth she whipped with her tail making it fly backwards to impale it's self on a rather thick branch on a nearby tree.
Kira spat out the bot and stepped daintily off the two crushed bots. She gave a howl of triumph then transformed back into a human and jumped back into her seat.
"Well that was fun." She grinned.
