He is a big jerk and a selfish rich brat. he cannot stand losing to anybody especially Robin of the Teen Titans. He has a thing flirting with girls and trying to win their hearts. The only issue is that his power always seems to intervene. Making him turn into a black kitten when his heart rate speeds up. He loves to mess with people's minds and making them question themselves. He likes to know everything that is going on. He will bribe people, to learn what he wants to know. He believes money can buy everything. He is confident with everything he does. He believes he can outdo, anyone and anybody.
He is very serious, when on a job errand. He hates to be slowed down. He perfers to do all the work. He doesn't like to play dirty, but he will if given the chance or forced into it.

Turning into a black kitten:
It is a cute black kitten that looks to be sixth months old. It has these large deep aqua colored eyes. The power activates when his heart rate is up to 190 beeps per minute. He hates how he turns into a cat when his heart rate quickens. The only way to turn back, is to have his heart rate slowed down for three hours.
If it isn't the heart rate then it'll be emotions. If he feels angry, upset, shy, or super mixed up, cat years will pop out of his head. He may grow a tail right then and there depending how strong the emotion. If the emotion(s) are super strong he'll completely turn into a cat. Till the clock hits four hours later{after he relaxes}.
Small tranquilzaer handgun:
He has a small hand gun that seems to have a tranqulizer built into it. He only uses the gun if things in a battle get to dirty. He may use it to kidnap or make his foe go to sleep; to get away easily. He sometimes depends on his melee fighting ability, with hand to hand combat. Which was earned through hard training when he was CEO. Amazing that people actually attack you, to be high in a high place of the company. Espcially when your way younger than them. Luckily, he got fired later on. Something about using their ideas as his own.
Hand-to-Hand
He had studied some Japanese martial arts. He also studied under some police officer, of which he forgot the name. Just in case his dealings, got him into major trouble. He is good at blocking moves with his arms and moving around. He is not very good at kicking. He has learned to time the enemie's kick and grab hold of him. Then to simply pull the guy and make him fall. Better yet, even flip him. Other than punching, dodging, agility, creativity and imagination. He is pretty defenseless. Most likely, he'll lose to Robin. Being that Robin was trained by Batman himself and is an old acrobat.
He does perfer to win in a game of chess or a thinking game, over all the options.

History |
When Leonard Lavinche was born. His whole family broke out into a war zone. His grandfather was upset at what his mother and father decided to call him. No one in the family except his mother and father ever spoked to Leonardo, until he turned 8.
His grandfather finally admitted defeat and wanted to see his grandson after 8 years. His wife forced him to do so. She threw the it is my grandson to in his face. Till he finally admitted it. His father saw how bright Leonardo seemed to be. He in fact liked how Leonardo learned English literature and Mathematics quickly. He was a bit upset about how Leonardo had many drawings in his room of pretty girls and birds.
When the family finally agreed to get along again. Leon's brother started showing interest in computers and puzzles. He was sent to a private school in England.
Leonardo got annoyed by how his family seemed to keep his him locked up in there boring house. With nothing to do but paint and study. That he secretly applied for Exchange student services.
He ended up, being accepted and sent to America for high test scored in Literature and mathematics. He met his exchange family and quickly fit in. He enjoyed life in America. It created a new adventure. It gave him something to actually do. He quickly learned American Culture and American Literature. He quickly started to fit in with his classmates. Which eventually lead to him being 3rd ranked in class.
He went ahead and applied for intern at a Artwork facility. They accepted him. He quickly went up in the ranks being highly intelligent. He became CEO and then quit. Well really he got fired.. He ended up falling for the President of the Artwork facility's Girlfriend.
Leon ended up moving to the city where Teen Titans now live. He quickly fell in love with Starfire and well Raven.. And well Terra.. And Jinx.... Okay all the pretty girls. Robin dueled him and well beat him in a game of chess. Ever since then Leon been trying to get back at Robin. Nothing major, just something.
He works for a company of which specializes in technology. He invites the outer design of the technology. Along with making arrangements(Mostly does the work himself unless to busy.. Something to do with revenge) to steal other companies technology. He dresses in complete black and brings his traquilizer and sneaks into the compound area and take the item needed. His little wardrobe has the symbol of a bird's wing. Which can be seen in the picture. This is just one of his little hints. He wants his enemy to figure out, who he is.

Leon noticed a hot girl with sleek burnett hair. She had a nice smooth body with these large innocent blue eyes. She had a nice skinny body. He assumed she was about 22 maybe a little older. He cared not. She was sexy and he wanted to go screw with her and her friends.
"Hello dere ladies. How is dis lovely evening?" They giggled. They figured out real quick he was rich and had lovely hair. They probably admired his Italian accent. He got girls extremely quick with it. He walked up to the burnett and gave Her this look of your-hot-wanna-go-out? She gave a giggle. He sat to the seat behind the girl's table. Which was all outside chairs.
He faced them seating backward in the chair. "You know. Your quite lovely. I like how you smile. Wanna go get a drink." The girl giggle and replied. "I don't go out with guys as hotshot as you, silly." Her girlfriends gave me this look. It made me flinch before continuing. "Alright."
Something randomly pushed me right into her. I felt her heat built up. Everyone gasped and suddenly the heat and embarrassment made me start transforming. I knew this horrible black tail, ears popped form my head and my body grew fur. The girl pulled me off as claws started digging into her breast. She screamed and got up. She shouted with this high screech voice. "You Son of A Bitch! How dare you! You..You Stupid mutant cat!" My body shrank and I was completely a cute black kitten with these bright pretty green aqua eyes. I hissed as food was thrown at me. Well I was getting hit by girls...
I quickly toke off down the streets. I was finally safe when I turned the corner to the end of the block. I was huffing and puffing cursing under my kitten breath. I kept hearing this all over the city. "Ahh cute little kitten.. Ahh let's give it some food." I wanted to turn on those girls with dates, with my claws and cut them up. I knew it would not help. They would think it was just cute.
"Stupid kitten form. How could one curse me with this!This is not my attitude. My attitude should've made me a large loin or wise wolf. Or one highly intelligent to control people's lives. Yes, I am a wonderful chess player. One of the best. How dare they.." He suddenly heard growling. He cautiously turned to see a huge dog in front of him. His back shot up as fear ran through his veins. He gave a huge meow of fear before running for his life.
