Hair Color and Style | Kari has jet black hair that drapes down below his shoulders with its silky and smooth texture. Although his hair is Kari's pride and joy, he keeps it as clean as possible and well conditioned. Some may say he is rather girl like by doing so but he usually scoffs and walks away.
Eye Color | His eyes are the oddest shade of bright blue that seem to have a eerie shine like they are looking right through you. Their piercing glow seem like they have a rather friendly quality to them, a glimpse into the real Kari even though his outer appearance is hard and cold.

Attire | He is often very clean and well kept, mostly because he doesn’t enjoy being dirty. For the most part he wears black, almost never seen in a pair of shorts he prefers his jeans oh so much more. Occasionally he will wear something more colorful but for the most part it is all a darker tone of dark. Not to say that this makes Kari a mean or tough person, he just enjoys wearing darker colors. Although his shirts range from tight to semi loose on often. Even though wearing tight shirts raises questions, usually he just denies them and continues walking.

Overall Personality | Kari is often light headed and as most would call him a daydreamer, most of the time works to think things out before he does them although that plan doesn't always fall through.
Sure he stays calm and try's not to let anything get to him, but he has a problem when people ask to many questions, or more or less bug him to no end.
He often doesn’t show his emotion, which has made most people drift away from him because of his rather cold nature. Kari can be very patent when he wants to be, but more than often he has trouble paying attention to one thing for a prolonged period of time.
To most he seems like a spoiled rich boy and mostly that is what he is, he has trouble not getting what he wants and if he is refused he usually goes off sulking somewhere until he thinks it through and comes back.
Kari doesn't like to go off the handle and he often knows what’s best, or at least he thinks he does.
To most people he seems like one of the people who you usually never notice because of his quiet attitude, sitting on a bench somewhere as everyone passed by without saying a word.
Although he seems cold and distant he has a soft side that no one sees, sometimes if your lucky you may catch it when he is near a cat or a cute boy.

Powers and Abilities |
-Control over Gases-
Kari has control over gases on the periodic table, as so he is able to form and create new chemical makeups and handle hazardous elements, depending on the amount though it can cause serious bodily harm to Kari.
He is able to manipulate and control the Noble gases on the periodic table as well as some Halogens and non metals such as Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Fluorine.
He can also use this as a weapon, shooting streams of gas at an enemy, or increasing the air pressure around an individual, causing them to feel immense pain. Or even making the air more dense so it is harder to breathe, although most of these effect Kari as well as everyone in that area. By drawing the gasses in the air already around Kari he can combine them together to create chemical makeups. Although some of the makeups would become uncontrollable after made.
For example he could combine oxygen and hydrogen together to make water, but at that state it would just drop onto whatever is under it.
-Being able to turn himself into gases-
This power is described just as it is stated, he can turn his own body into a gaseous form that can be invisible, or would look like a floating cloud of gas. The way the colors change depends on what type of gas that Kari turns into.
Power Potential:
Kari can go from only being able to create the minimalist drop of water to being able to fill a room, all that he needs is the required source of elements to do so. His powers may let him control gasses but it does not let him create matter out of no where. Although manipulation of radioactive gasses can be controlled, but not for extended amounts of time.
Power Weaknesses:
By drawing them out of his body is that in a desperate attempt in survival by using his powers it would actually separate things like oxygen and hydrogen in his body, due to his extreme contact with the chemical. But this also shows the extreme danger in doing so.
Kari is also at risk when he uses his powers to draw the oxygen out of the room, or if he creates a hazardous chemical. Although he can create it that does not mean that he is immune or does not have to breath, his body works like everyone else.
His power created a sort of mental sense with the gasses around him, but decreases his own mental guards making him highly susceptible to mental attacks.
His body also has a sort of self preservation that it goes through if he is ever locked away from a flowing source of oxygen, such as if he were in a air tight room or trapped in a cave. His body intentionally shuts itself down in to a coma like state. During this coma his body pulls gases his body needs to survive towards him, but just enough to keep him alive well he is unconscious. Although it keeps him alive, during this time he is completely immobile and unable to wake up unless exposed to higher amounts of gases.

History |
Born in a small family as an only child Kari was protected by his family, often being sheltered and over cared for. Needless to say the over pressuring demands of his parents led Kari to being a rebel of sorts, staying out late without warning, smoking and even the locational act of vandalism. He went to a large school on the edge of Sacramento in the suburbs with many other people, only making friends in his own sort of crowd, never being one to spread out much. He constantly complained about his parents having a curfew for him and he sneaked out constantly, disregarding his parents rules. One time as he sunk out a van pulled up where him and several of his Friends where hanging out and he was mugged.
Although he escaped with only minor injuries he was weak and couldn't continue running, soon he found himself passed out on a bench in the middle of central park. He had quite the headache when he woke up he had one hell of a headache, he wandered around the park for a while eventually stumbling into the street.
Although he was to delirious at the time to realize what he was doing he continued to walk forward, cars buzzing by quickly and he started to step out off the sidewalk.
His eyes were half open, otherwise he probably would of noticed the faint trail of smoke drifting up from his mouth and out into the air.
Then something happened that made him come to his senses, there was a loud noise, a car horn to be more precise. And not only that but it was getting louder as the car got closer. Kari snapped to his senses and raised his hands covering his face. But in a instant the car was screeching to a halt behind him. He looked around, and then quickly checked himself but he was fine. Little did Kari know though, that he had not actually gone through the car instead he had just quickly turned into a gas, then reformed after the danger had passed.
This was the first time that Kari even realized that he had mutant powers, although he was more confused then he was surprised.
After all it wasn't every day that you could seem as if you were going through a car. For Kari he beveled that his was going through things, so he left it at that.
Kari was determined to keep the fact that he was a mutant a secret, after all he didn't want people discriminating because he was different, besides he didn't think his power would appear again, unless it needed to.
So he returned to school, everyone none the wiser and he acted like a normal human, denying any accusations of being a mutant.
Although his life just got harder and harder after his discovery. The first big change was the news that his father had told him they were moving to Jump city. The thought of being so close to the teen titans was startling. After all he didn't want to have to use his abilities, and being put next to the super hero headquarters was something that made his stomach turn.
He is currently enrolled in Jump City High, attending as a student, and he acts as if he is just another student. Although he keeps his abilities secret.
OTHER
Anything Else | Well he has a problem with blood, he just hates the sight of it. He has a phobia to it.
Another important thing to mention, even though I already have once or twice is that Kari is gay.
Sample RP | A Saturday afternoon was rolling by, it was getting a little late, people walking through the shopping complex. And there was Kari, looking around rather dazed as people passed. There was a slight blush across his face, although it wasn't because he was embarrassed.
If one looked closely they would notice the small brown bag in his hand. He giggled a little and continued walking, the smell of alcohol on his breath as he swung like a child through the crowd. He was wearing a rather baggy striped jacket, with a contrasting very tight shirt underneath. His pants were just black normal jeans that seemed a little faded.
Eventually he had gotten tired of walking around and he found a small bench, sitting right under a tree. He enjoyed the shade and gave a soft and rather out of it kind of smile, slowly drinking a little from the bottle in the bag and he lent against the bench, closing his eyes for just a moment.
He snapped awake after several minutes of being asleep to find people passing him by still, several giving him strange looks as he sat there with his bottle and he grumbled.
"Mind your own business..." The people quickly scurried away and he got up to walk away, the city had begun to bore him.
