Fate Lingod walked the steets of Jump City. It was late night and usually a kid his age wouldn't be caught dead walking these streets alone. But he wasn't just any normal kid. He was more than that. He was fully capable of defending himself and more. He was wearing black baggy pants, a grey "MEGA LOLZ" hoodie, and black DCs. Of course he was sporting his favorite goggles around his neck. The hood was over his head, shrouding his face in darkness.
He was lost in thought as he walked, but he was still fully award of his surroundings. That when he heard a scream. From the sound of it must have came from a woman. I betcha it's a man screamin' like that. Maybe he's related to ya since he screams like a girl too! He sighed, knowing something horrible was going to happen if he didn't do something. He ran down the alleyway he heard the scream from to find five men surrounding one woman. "Well, this isn't fair. Five men. You're going to need a lot more to take me down."
He slowly walked up to the crowd of men, pushing his way to the center. The men just looked at him strangely as if he was crazy. They had only taken her purse. If Fate would have shown up later it might have been worst. "I'm going to need you to step back a little ma'am so I could get your purse back." The women looked at Fate strangely also, but slowly started to back away. One of the men swung on Fate, but he easily avoid the punch and grabbed the man by the back of the neck. His eyes turned from its purple color to crimson as tiny bolts of crimson electricity danced around his free hand. Yeah, it was awesome having powers. "I'd advise you guys go home and re-think your ways of living." He let his grip around the guy's neck go, letting him drop to the ground. "Now can I have the purse please?" Quickly, the men ran off leaving the purse. Fate picked it up and handed it back to the woman. "Th--Thank you." Fate simply smiled as she walked away, frighten. His eyes returned back to their original purple color as the electricity faded.
Well, we did our good deed for the month. Now let's go get some cookies!

Kevin was wandering the streets, mainly on patrol for any type of criminal activity. Tonight seemed to be pretty boring, not much was happening at all. That was until he heard a woman scream that is. Without hesistating, he rushed to the origin of the sound. But by the time he got there, he saw five men rushing out of the alley.
'What happened here?' He wondered as he slowed down and slowly approached the alley entrance. He stopped as a scared looking woman walked past him, he watched her float away seemingly. He titled his head and peered into the alley, seeing only one man standing there smiling. "Hey you! What happened here?" He asked walking in, folding his arms.

Fate gazed up at the kid and his smile soon faded. From his appearance, assuming you are wearing the Saiyaman outfit, he looked somewhat like a super hero. Sup with that outfit! He looks like a winter Skittle! He must be one of those "sensitive" heroes. Yeah! What a marshmellow! I bet he still pees in the bed and has to wear a rain coat to sleep. Fate tried not to laugh, but couldn't help it. The chaos that was going on in his head was just to funny. He was just glad this guy couldn't hear what was being said. "Don't worry about it man. I took care of it. Tell the Titans they can send me that check in the main."

(I was actually in regular clothes, but we'll work with that lol.)
Kevin nodded, hoping that this wasn't the bad guy who just beat the crap outta those guys. But most likely the gang were the bad guys, but one could never be too sure, so he kept his guard up just incase. "I would, but I'm not exactly with the Titans. You can tell 'em yourself though. They don't live far from here." He replied. "Good job by the way. Saving that woman and all, you must be some kinda super hero yourself."

(Hell... Too late now. I made the funnies and can't take them back. You also fell asleep last night like I said you would.) "No, not a hero. I was actually trying to get her number. But she said she only dated heroes. Hey! If you're lucky you could still catch her." He doubted that. He was sure that lady had ran home long ago and was more than likely planning on moving. Nearly getting jumped by five guys and being saved by a kid who controls electricity... That was life changing. Let's go treat ourself to cookies. Shut up! I'm trying to have a intelligent conversation here!
"So want to have an intelligent conversation?"

(lmao im sorry. i actually had a dream about that stuff too.)
Kevin laughed at the obvious joke this guy had made. "Nah, she seemed too freaked out at the moment. Something weird probably would've happened, then it would just get awkward." This guy seemed pretty cool so far, no way he was the villain in that little skirmish. He laughed again. "Yeah sure why not."

The armored man watched the two from above a billboard near an office building. He could immediately identify the one that was his brother but the other one was a complete mystery to him. Either way his plans for today were going to go smoothly, and one way or another he would have the scroll he needed. Soon. My plan will begin to come to fruition. Not even you can stop me then brother. Jin , or Hakumen as he called himself now, thought. His sword was behind him back in it's sheath and his hands were at his side. His energy levels were low so he could only observe and he was merged well with the large white sign so his armor couldn't be easily recognized. He was only curious about the two men talking below. Their strength was obvious and would be a snag in Jin's plan down the line. Well, at least his brother would be since Jin had no information on this 2nd guy.

He rubbed his head for a moment, trying to think of something intelligent... Nothing. "I guess we can start off with introducing ourselves," He shrugged, "Fate Lingod, but most people just call me Greatness." The last part was a joke. He hoped that he would catch it and it wasn't to high over his head. Fate looked up for a moment in the direction of Jin Strife and waved. If he was trying to hide he wasn't doing a very good job. Standing on a billboard and wearing so much white caused him to stick out like a sore thumb. Ten cookies says that thing isn't human. .... Bet!
"So is that person or thingy your side kick?" He asked. Maybe this guy was an actual hero if he had a side kick. Fate couldn't see himself having a side kick. He already had too many problems to deal with. He wondered if Jin was going to stay on that billboard or make a move. Either way, Fate would be fine. He was sure he could handle himself in any situations. Not to mention he had nearly limitless power in this city.

"Well 'Greatness', I am known as the Champion of the city! The Guardian of Justice! The Amazing Kayaman!" He answered, except this time not bothering to strike any heroic poses. What was the point if there was only one person? Kevin tilted his head as he saw Fate look up and wave at something, curious to see what he was looking at he turned his head only to see a strange figure in a billboard. ''Huh?.... Wait... is that!' after looking at it for a few moments he recognized that figure as his brother Jin.
"Not my side kick, he's my brother..... But he's evil. You know how that goes." He responded, staring up at Jin, wondering just what in the hell he was doing there. "You can come on down Jin, I know you're up there." He called out to him, his facial expression not being a very happy one.

Jin was slightly well disturbed that he was found out, but he believed it could have been worse. He had a feeling despite his best efforts to stay hidden by a white billboard with white armor he wouldn't the two beings found him anyway. Huh imagine that, it's almost like some cliche movie or video game or some roleplaying bullshit. he thought rolling his eyes under his helmet. He stared at them as they spoke for a few more seconds he decided to ignore them calling and waving and he looked down at the road below. The truck should have been at the intersection by now but he wasn't surprised. The Garcia corporation knew well that Jin was after the scroll for awhile now, so they had to leak out fake info to confuse him. "So the game begins boy." he grumbled thinking of the head of Garcia Corp.
At the corner of his vision he saw the armored truck move out of a garage. It was being followed by a large group of bike cops but Jin didn't seem to worried. Well one wouldn't be able to tell physically but his energy and aura were still calm. Jin glanced back up at the two having almost forgotten there were there in front of him. Well they might start attacking so I best get the move on. Jin thought as he raised his arm. A large symbol appeared below the convoy in the streets below and an explosion goes off. Disappearing like a blur Jin leaps from his spot down to the street passing Kevin mid flight. Within a few more seconds he would be in front of the armored truck. As long as nobody interfered. But a 6th sense told Jin some asshole would interfere for some stupid reason, and he did enjoy being right.

(I love how you tried to make us look like the 'bad' guy. You should have edited the post before though. It said nothing about it being a white billboard and besides it said you was above it so we would still be able to see you clearly. One point for the Tune! ^_^; Fate just looked at Kevin when he 'spazzed' out. Oh, hell no! If we have to do that crap ya can go head and sign us up for the bad guys team. Yeah, I can say I would gladly feed my soul to the devil before I do that garbage. Oww, feed his ego! Maybe he'll do it again and we can laugh at him! Honestly, Fate wanted to bust out laughing. Did this guy really think that posing stuff was cool? Well, who was Fate to say what was cool and what wasn't. Still, at least he was confortable in his own skin. "Nice to meet you, Kayaman," He said, "Well, I don't have a cool nickname yet nor a pose."
He was evil... He was his brother. I betcha this all started when Jin told him how horrible those poses were. Kayaman couldn't take the truth and vowed to defeat him. ... Yeah, because that's a perfect reason to fight your brother. ... I can never tell when ya bein' sarcastic! Ima stop talkin' period. Better yet ima start singin' the Backstreet Boys. It was apparent that Fate had stopped listening to Hope. He attention was focused on Jin and Kayaman. He wasn't about to get caught up in a family issue. "Well, as much as I like to play the role of the therapist I'd rather let you two handle your problems alone," He said, "So, like, i'm going to run away now."

You still win for the being above it part though but I'll be damned if I get shut down for the sign and/or billboard part.

(Damnit Loon! Learn to read! I didn't bother posing this time! U.U Once again, we'll run with it.)
"We'll come up with those later, for now I think we should worry about my dear brother on that billboard. If he's here, then nothing good will come of it." Kayaman stated staring up at Jin still, not even noticing the fact that Fate was trying hard not to explode into a fit of laughter. He clenched his gloved fist, wondering just why Jin was here. He had to be up to something, something malicious no doubt. Probably still on his vendetta against the human race, or so he assumed.
Kayaman turned his attention back to Fate when he mentioned running away. "Running away? Don't you care if innocent people get hurt? Besides, I won't ask you to fight Jin. He's my problem, I'll handle him, I'm just asking you to make sure no innocent people get hurt. Can you do that for me?" He pleaded with the 'hero'. He was about to say something else, but was cut off by the sound of an explosion. He turned to face the cause of the bang, but stopped when he caught a glimpse of Jin moving past him.
"I knew he was up to something!" He exclaimed through clenched teeth. Without another word, he dashed full speed to the explosion site, where he knew Jin would be. Of course he would be right, as he saw Jin standing infront of an armored truck. He got inbetween Jin and truck, blocking his path. "What's wrong? You couldn't get your withdrawl from the bank like everyone else?"
