Upon reaching titan's tower they both entered at the same time as Michael panted he had not had a race in a long time. he sighed take a breath so he could well breathe again. he chuckled to himself before talking. "Danm mom you aint been slacking off in this time with your speed at all" Michael said with a chuckle as he looked around the tower. it had been a while sence he had seen titan's tower. Michael sighed and smiled at the secneary but that smile was soon to be wiped off his face in a somewhat slimey form.
Next thing he knew a caterpillar like worm that has pink strip deisgn and is a cream/white color tackled him down on the face causeing him to fall. "ahh what the?!" Michael yelled as he fell to the floor as he got up and picked it off his face he looked at it before raising an eyebrow. "um mom who or what is this?" He asked. |

Starfire continued to fly alongside Michael as the tower came in view. She loved to see the humongous T just there on a rock in the middle of the water, especially at sunset, it was such a pretty sight to her. They then landed on the roof ot the tower at the same time and Michale began to pant.
"Damn mom you aint been slacking off in this time with your speed at all"[/u]
Starfire was confused at the first word, since it was her fist time hearing a swear word, but smiled at the compliment. Well, she took it as a compliment, not sure if someone else would've. She then jumped and gasped a bit as he suddenly fell on his face and soon found the reason why. It was Silkie, her mutant pet. He had a grin on his face and was waving his tail -like thing while also making the noise he usually made. Michael then picked him up off his face.
"um mom who or what is this?"[/u]
Starfire's smile grew bigger as she reached over, took Silkie from him and held him out for him to view. "This is Silkie!" She exclaimed happily. She then cradled him in her ars. "He is happy for me to be home and to see you my new friend!" She closed her eyes and smiled at him this time. She called him"friend" because she wasn't ready yet to believe that he was her son. She knew it was probably true, but wasn't ready to accept it.

Michael smiled as he pated the little guy on his head and put him on the ground before dusting himself off. "Its nice to meet you Silkie but you got to learn tackleing is not the best greating" He explained Silkie Grined his normal grin that his mom had learned to love and sighed oh well Michael sat down on the couch before begining to speak again. "So hows Tamaran last time i was there was a few weeks before Slades attack" Michael asked it was true he hadnt seen it in quiet some time he wondered how everyone was Michael's stomack grumbled.
"actaly can we disscuss this over lunch by your eyes i can tell your still haveing a hard time beliving me" Michael said with a smile. thing where just sigh confuseing but oh well he would show her what happened in his time over lunch.

Starfire giggled at Michale's remark and patted him on the head as she put him down. "That is Silkie's greeting. He is much too happy to greet otherwise.We all have learned to get used to it." She said as she walked over and sat on the cough with him.
"So hows Tamaran last time i was there was a few weeks before Slades attack" [/u]
Starfire looked at him confused. "He has also attacked Tamaran? did he attack thew whole universe?" she asked, tilting her head, then shook it. "Tamaran is fine form what I've heard from the messages I have received from Galfore.." She said as she looked up, trying to remember if he told her anything bad in his teleportation grams.
"actually can we discus this over lunch by your eyes i can tell your still having a hard time believing me"[/u]
Starfire came back out of her trance and looked at him. Then gasped slightly. "YThat is right! You are hungry!" She then got up and walked to the kitchen, opening the door and looking around at the food. Her eyes then shone as she got an idea. "I shall return momentarily!" She exclaimed as she flew into another room. Opening her bedroom door, she walked inside and grabbed a purple jar with strange pink-ish designs on it. Walking back out, she went back to the main room where Michale was sitting.
Running up to Michael, Starfire sat down on the cough and put the jar on her knees. "How about Zorka berries?!" she asked as she lifted the lid and stuck her finger inside, lifting a berry out. She ate it and then licked her lips, making a "mm" sound. she then held the jar out towards Michale. "Try!" She then smiled at him again and waited patiently for him to eat a berry.

Michael nodded and took one of the berries and smiled after eating it. "been a while sence ive had one of those" Michael said with a smile. as he finished eating lunch with his mom he opened the pack he had and out jumped out a spider like camera thing onto the table. "dont worry mom hes harmless im just going to show you what has happened to my time." Michael said as he clicked the on button on the little robot crature it was still strange how the future had come as far as making moving camera's sigh.
The video showed up on the projector infront of them as the hell of his childhood began playing,. It started out with slade leading a bunch of his minion's to titan's tower michael along with his family and Cyborg Raven and BB delt with them no problem but the next thing that happened Slade began pummeling down on the titan's np. Robin his father had told Michael to stay back as he did not want him to get hurt. Next thing that was shown was showing Slade beat robin dead right in front of Michael Followed by Starfire Than Raven than beast boy and final Cyborg until Michael was the only one left.
It than showed Michael going to face slade and the fight but to no avail thats when the Camera stoped. "thats where it stoped filiming mom" he said quietly.

Michael then took a berry and ate it, smiling afterward. He then said it has been awhile since he had one and she stared at him in awe. "Have as many as you wish then! There is plenty!" She said placing the jar down as they began to eat lunch together. Michael then reached in his bag and out popped a spider camera thing, making Starfire squeal as she flewfar away from it.

Being told this, Starfire came back over and watched as a hologram appeared on the projector and began to play what happened. An army of Slade's minions appeared first, which they all took down easily. The next thing that played was Slade beating each one of the Titan's. Robin had told Michale to stay back, trying to protect him. The next thing that showed was Robin being beat to death, which made large tears appear in her eyes. She was beaten next, followed by Rave, Beast Boy and then finally Cyborg. Tears were already flowing down her face in large amounts though. The hologram continued to play, showing Michael there, fighting slade when it cut off.
"That's where it stopped filming mom"[/u]
Michael spoke quietly. Starfire quickly turned to face him and leaned over to give him a hug. "Do not.. Despair. This will, be changed." With each pause, Starfire either sniffed or exhaled quickly as she cried. She was vowing to herself in her heart that no matter what, she would keep fighting and would stop Slade with the Titan's, including Michale, lived, even if she did not.

Michael returned the hug as tears where streaming down his face. re living the past was hard for him to do espcialy after already having to witness his parents death once he didnt want to have to witness it again. "Please mom help me" He stated as he was having a hard time holding back his tears. but who could blame the kid after everything he had been though. well no one really if you could well what the hell is wrong with you. Michael had been to hell and back and that was figuratively speaking he than began to speak again as the tears where flowing again.
"I dont want to lose you or Dad or Cyborg or any of my other freinds again it was to much the first time please help me stop slade before he makes this time the time i have live though" Michael asked well more pleding waiting for a reply.

Starfire continued to hug Michael as he hugged her back. She knew he was crying since some of the tears were falling onto her skin. She didn't do anything about it though, she just wanted to sit there and hug Michael. Cry with him as well. She now knew what the future held and it was an absolute disaster. She didn't care about her death really, it was the sight of the other titan's dying. She also knew that Michael had been through a lot, and was trying to imagine the pain he felt. It was hard to empathize with him, the pain was far worse than she imagined.
"Please mom help me"[/u]
Starfire let go of him and looked at him. "Of course. Slade will be stopped, have no fear. We will prevail." She said as she hugged him again and tried to reassure him, as well as herself.
"I dont want to lose you or Dad or Cyborg or any of my other freinds again it was to much the first time please help me stop slade before he makes this time the time i have live though"[/u]
Starfire hugged him tighter. "None shall be lost, it will be made sure of. I promise that I will keep you and everyone else safe from the clutches of Slade. Victory shall be ours." Starfire then let him go again and began to wipe his tears away, giving him a small, hopeful smile. She then put her arms around Michael and pulled him down to his shoulder. Kind of like cradling him, he just wasn't on her lap. "He shall be stopped.. I guarantee it."

Michael nodded and got up and put the camera spider into his backpack and smiled as he dusted the dust from his time off himself and sighed. "Well id better go going to need to find somewhere to stay during the time im here looking for slade" Michael said and smiled. he actaly had no where to stay so he couldnt look around all day but oh well it was nothing he coud do about it oh well not like it was easy to find a place to stay after coming from the future sigh danm things where hard on him.

Starfire released him as he stood up, nodded, and put the spider-thing away. Then smiled and dusted himself off. Starfire tilted her head as he sighed.
"Well id better go going to need to find somewhere to stay during the time im here looking for slade"[/u]
Starfire stood up quickly and grabbed his hand. "Do not go.. You may stay here with us. I am sure Robin and the others will not mind.. Please, I would be happy if you stayed." She said as she wiped the rest of the water off her eyes and gave Michale a smile.

Michael sighed and looked at her. He couldnt say no to his own mother of all pepole. he guessed staying here couldnt be too much trouble after all although he did come from the future he still was a teen titan. He smiled as he nodded at his mother. as long as his parents stayed alive in this time he would do everything and he ment EVERYTHING in his power to make sure that it stayed that way he slade would not get away with wrecking two times. not if he had anything to say about it that was for danm sure.
"alright mom i,l stay" Michael said with a smile as he awaited a reply. he hoped his mother would stay happy it was bad enough when he saw her in pain during his time he did not need that during this time that was for danm sure. he waited for starfire's response. |

Starfire looked down as Michael sighed and looked at her. "I am, sorry. If you do not wish to stay, then you do not have to..." She then closed her eyes, put her head down and folded her hands in front of her. I should not be so selfish... I pushed my own desires on him, I hope he is not mad.. Starfire glanced up at him, opening her eyes, and back down to the floor. Also, I did not have robin's okay with it, so perhaps I should not have asked.. But, it is as he says, he is my son, I do not want him harmed and I wish to be with him for the time he is here. I do not know how long it shall be before he leaves.. In a way, he is like Robin.. He is obsessed with the bringing down of Slade..
"alright mom i,l stay"[/u]
Starfire's eyes popped open and her head jerked up. "Really? Yay!" She then jumped and gave him a hug again, then flew in circles in the air. "Came! We shall do the hanging out! What do you wish to do first? Perhaps we could go on the roof and play the game volleyball or we could go outside to the training grounds. Perhaps we could just sit and talk some more. Oh! There is so much to do! What shall we do first?!" She asked landing on the ground and smiled at him happily.

Michael thought for a min and shook his head and sighed the bad part was he didnt know much of the stuff they did for fun in this time due to slade ruining his childhood. Michael smiled though as he saw his mother was happy that is what mattered he just hoped his dad would take it as well as his mom did but than again this was robin that was probably not the same. But none the less it was ok as long his parents knew he excised. he turned to his mom before speaking to her to explain.
"I dont know mom ive spent most of my teen hood fighting slade before i came here" Michael explained as he waited for his mothers response he hoped that she had an idea sence he really had never done any play time during his time or the future. |

Starfire's smile shrink as she saw Michael sigh and shake his head. "Do you not wish to do the hanging out? Oh, I have forgotten, you have done time travel, you must be tired. Is that correct? I apologize, I do not mean to be so, forward." She then sat back down on the couch and looked up at him slightly, then away. I am not being fair again.. I have gotten so excited.. Perhaps I should be silent for awhile, would that make things better?

Starfire stood up and looked at him again. "Then this shall be your chance. It is alright to be a kid again and live the childhood you seem to never had have. I apologize for being brought down by Slade in the future, I had left you all alone to fend for yourself. I have been a bad mother, but I wish to change that." She said as she put her hands on his shoulders and gave him a small, hopeful smile.

Michael smiled at his mother and nodded. it was true there wasnt anything wrong with re living his childhood while looking for slade he hadnt been so focused on finding slade he had not had time to have fun. Michael looked at her and smiled and nodded before speaking up. "I guess we could try volly ball mother" Michael said with a smile
sence no sign of slade had been seen yet he guessed it was ok to take a break off finding him so that was ok. he was glad to be able to see his mom again and that was what made him happy again. Michael sighed and waited for her reply smileing.
