General Rules
- Follow all these rules. They are important, and will keep you from being banned or deleted. And don't worry - they may seem long, but it'll be quick. =-)
- No Bullying, Harassing, Threatening, or Criticizing Members. There is no need to be harsh towards others. Be respectful no matter what! If we catch you doing otherwise, you will be banned for a long period of time.
- If you have any problems regarding the site or any of it's members, consult a staff member. We will help you the best that we can.
- Please be active. We will post an activity check in the "Updates" board for every month. This is to make sure that you are still active, and haven't forgotten about the site. Once the activity check for each month has ended, we will delete the users who did not post in the activity check. So stay active at least once a month! And, do not just join and leave. We need members that are devoted and want to role-play. That is what we are here for.
- No spamming.
- No Double Posting. If you need to add something to your post, click the 'Modify' button. If you accidentally Double Post, then please delete it.
- Use proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, and etc. The 'Spell Check' button is there for a reason. Use common sense. Now It's okay if you mess up every once and a while, but don't keep it constant. We want to be able to read what you're saying.
- Do not use chat speak/text language anywhere on the site. The only exception is the the c-box.
In other words, the only place on this site that you may use for chat speak is the C-Box. [/li][li] Do not steal. If it belongs to another member or a staff member, than it is not yours to take. Do not steal or copy anything that doesn't belong to you. [/li][li] Please listen to staff at all times, even if it doesn't seem important. Reply to messages that staff send you regarding your characters or your membership with us here. Please do not complain and plead for no reason, and cause a lot of drama that this site or it's members do not need. We are here to help you and have fun with all of you, and we want you to have fun as well. So, Don't spoil it, please. [/li][li] The codeword is 4 words. Each word is split up and hidden in the rules inside brackets. You must read the rules to find them! Here's the first word: {Mustard} [/li][/ul]

Character Rules
- No Mary-sues/Gary-stus. This means that your character cannot be all powerful, or be perfect. Everyone, including characters, has flaws and weaknesses. No one is perfect.
- PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not post anywhere but in your character application UNTIL you have finished your character application, and are accepted. When a staff member has approved your character, then and only then, may you post anywhere on the site.
- Do not remind staff repeatedly about accepting your application once it is finished. If we haven't accepted it yet, we are probably busy. Keep in mind that us staff members also have daily lives, just as you do, and that we are not always on the site 24-7. We will get to your application as soon as possible, whenever we have the time. {Cannot} And if we do not get to your application after a month, then you may remind us once that your application needs approval, but that is the only time or situation you may remind us.
- When applying for your character, make no changes to the application. Only fill out the information provided and, if need be, add information that may be important. Make no changes to the application; just fill it out. Simple.
- One account per character. And only one major and/or one minor canon per person. You may create as many OC's as you want. But only create as many characters as you can handle, and only create another character after you have role-played with the one(s) you already have.
- The maximum amount of characters are 5, including the minor/major canon(s)(if you have one). If you have already created 5, and want to have more than the maximum, please contact a staff member and ask before creating another character.
- If you create more than one character, give equal amounts of attention to each. For instance: If you have 3 characters, and you are only active with 2 of them, the inactive one will be deleted after a long period of inactivity. Stay active with all your characters! Do not leave characters inactive for a long period of time, or they will be deleted. If this happens, a staff member will send you a little pm, indicating that your inactive character(s) will be deleted if you do not role-play with them. If you do not reply to the message, and we do not see the inactive character(s) active, we will delete the inactive character(s).
- Do not kill someone else's character without their permission. Ask them first either through PM or (OCC:), then wait for their response. If they say you can kill their character, then go right ahead. If they say you can't, then don't. Easy as Pie.
- If you have a canon character, you must be online weekly or daily, whatever works for you. As long as you come on at least once a week, and post somewhere in the role-play, your canon should be safe.
If you have an OC, you may come on less, but at least once a month. You, too, must post somewhere in this role-play if you want to keep your character.[/li][/ul]

Role-play Rules
- When role-playing, your post must be in third person. Example: Raven shot a scary glare at Beast Boy.
If you do not understand what this means, contact a staff member, and we will explain it to you.
- A paragraph, 5 sentences or more, is required for every post. If you have Writer's Block, or unable to come up with anything for a post, think about your character. How would he/she act? What would your character say? {Ever Be} Include details and describe what your character is doing, saying, or thinking. This usually sums up to a paragraph. If you want to post more than a paragraph, go right ahead. No one is stopping you.
- This site is rated PG-13, which means no sexual content or nudity anywhere within this role-play. Cussing/Cursing and romance between characters is allowed, but please, do not say a cuss/curse word after every other word, and no porn or nudity.
- No power-playing or god-modeling. This means that your character cannot be all powerful, and that you cannot control someone else's character. When battling, be fair. Win some, lose some. Blood and gore is fine, just be sure not to make it too graphic.
- Do not have your character acting totally different than their normal personality. If your character is grumpy and rude all the time, don't have them suddenly switch to optimistic and happy whenever you want. The personality that you submitted on your character's application should be the personality they always have in any situation in role-play. In other words, however your character normally would act should be the way they always act.

Image and Name Rules
- Your avatars/icons can be no larger than 100x100. They must be anime or manga related, or cartoon-like.
- Your signature images may be any length or width, as long as they don't stretch the board too much. If they stretch the board, a staff member will notify you to either make the image smaller so that it fits the board, or to get a new one. If you have not modified your signature after a week, we will remove it.
- Either your signature, avatar, or both MUST have a image/pic of your character. This goes for all of your characters. If we do not see this, we will contact you through PM and alert you to submit a picture of your character in one of them. If we do not see an improvement after a week, we will remove your current avatar and image if you have one, and leave a message to please put one in either section.
- As for your display name, it may have the name you would like to be called; any name you like. Or just simply your character's name. But if your display name is not your character's name, you must have your character's name in parenthesis () or brackets [] / {} beside your preferred name.
Example: If your character's name was Charlie, and your preferred name was John, here is how your display name would look:
John(Charlie)
or if you would rather just have your character's name as your display name, it would just be Charlie.
- You may decorate your Display Name however you like, as long as you can still read it. For Instance: If your character's name was Sarah, and you just wanted people to call you by your character's name, but wanted to decorate the name, here is a example of how you CAN decorate it, and an example of how you CANNOT.
Example 1:
$@r@h
~ This type of decoration would NOT be allowed. None of this! It is hard to read.
Example 2:
♥ sarah
~ This WOULD be allowed. It is decorative, and you can thoroughly read what it says.

C-Box Rules - No Spamming in the C-Box. BUT you may submit links. Otherwise, no spamming.
- Do not pretend to be someone else in the C-Box.
- Chat speak is fine. This IS the C-BOX we are talking about. This is the only place chat speak is allowed. But please limit it to some extent.
- You may cuss/curse, but do not do it for no reason. And make sure to limit this as well. This site doesn't need swear words in every single sentence.
- Be nice and respectful to everyone. That includes guests!
